Amazing Experience With The Best Guide-4 Day Safari
Best Day Safari's customer service was the best! They are so professional and truly care about you having an amazing experience. They set up a driver to come pick us up from the airport at 5:00AM. That driver then offered to take us on a city tour of Arusha, which was great. On that tour we got to go to the Cultural Center and a wonderful center that provides opportunities in the arts for disabled individuals. After spending a day in Arusha, we were picked up by our guide Six, who was truly fantastic. He was very knowledgable, kind, funny, and always spent extra time trying to find animals us. We learned so much from him and would recommend him with no questions asked. I would also recommend going on the Massi tour because it's a beautiful cultural experience.

Excellent 3 Day Safari from Arushna
My fiancé and I just finished a three day Safari from Arusha with Bestday Safaris. We had a great time and would recommend them again as a tour operator in an instant. There were no issues and we saw a ton of animals. What made the tour the best was our guide Six. He was extremely knowledgeable and always took the extra time to get us close to the animals. You will have a great time if you book with Bestday!

Excellent Experience, Fantastic Guide
Bestday safaris provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their logistics, punctuality, and professionalism was first class, from airport pickup to drop off at the hotel following the safari. Our guide Luis was top notch and genuinely cared about customer service and ensuring a successful, education trip. I would not hesitate to recommend Bestday!

Excellent, most helpful and patient tour operator
From the very first minute, the booking process through to the end of the safari, especially Peter and Jackson they were amazing. They catered for our every need since our safari was customised to our liking. They were very patient during the game drives Jackson our guide was most patient and took time to explain and went out of his way to show us.
If I were to go again I would not hesitate to book with Bestday Safaris and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Safari
Me and my friend were on a 5-day safari (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire) from 21 to 26 January.
We had amazing time, it was really unforgetable. Guys from Bestdays Safari are so amazing. Driver Charles is really kind and full of knowledge, he gave us a lot of time for taking pictures and enjoying observing animals, he knew exactly where to go to view the wildlife. We had private chef Emanuel, who prepared best food in Tanzania. Everything was really delicious and he was super nice. Charles and Emanuel made this Safari even more special and unforgetable.

great experience
I starter talking to Peter through WhatsApp and he was very responsive since the beginning. We did the 4 days/3 nights safari from Arusha to Serengeti. It was an awesome experience, our drive Dida was quiet and a little bit shy in the begging but at the end he shared with us some of his experience and we were able to see all the animals, including leopards and the black rhino. We truly recommend, good cost benefit.

Bestday more like best-holi-day!
We had the most memorable time and have promised to come back for a reunion! or some day in the future when we have kids! We went as a group of four friends (in our 20's - we were't the honeymooner type) who have traveled a lot of the world together. Our safari is definitely one of the best trips we've been on!
Bestday Safaris seemed almost too good to be true when comparing it to other tour operators but it has to be said everything was above board and much better than some experiences which we had heard about.
We did a private four day safari visiting Tarangire National Park on day one, Serengeti on day 2 and 3 and Ngorongoro Crater on day 4. The accommodation type was lodges and tented camping and it was all fit for a princess! The tents had more mirrors than an ordinary hotel room! There was no compromise made to comfort to be able to fall asleep to the sound of a lions purr. The food in all the over-night accommodation was delicious and there was no fear of being left hungry.
Hats off to our safari driver - Louis - he was a true gentleman,was full of knowledge (especially about the wildlife) and looked after us very well! He really made our trip and sang along with our songs and even taught us some Swahili! Asante sana!!
Peter the managing director was extremely professional and made the effort to meet us before and after the trip to ensure our satisfaction!

Superb experience - Couldn't fault it
We booked our Safari with Bestday based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. We had completed a climb to Kilimanjaro and decided to tack on a safari. Peter was very easy to deal with - very quick to reply to communications and was very clear about everything. Our guide was Jackson was superb - he had fantastic eyesight and was able to point out a variety of animals for us - We saw everything we wanted to see and more. The accomodation was amazing, our only regret was not staying longer. Jackson and Peter - many many thanks for an unforgettable experience

Best visit to the Serengeti and surrounding areas

The Bestday team is very customer-service oriented. Peter met me at the hotel on the first day in Arusha, came the following day to see me off, and checked in with me on the final day to make sure I was happy with the experience. The driver/guide, Godfrey, has an encyclopedic knowledge of East African wildlife and superb eyesight. Bestday arranged excellent accommodation (Eileen's Trees Inn, Serengeti Sopa Lodge and Rhino Lodge) and dealt with the minor problems encountered quickly and effectively. You won't be disappointed going on safari through this operator.
