Incredible trip with Zohar
Having just completed our Tanzanian trip with Zohar Safaris, I cannot recommend them enough. Every single person that we came into contact with was professional, welcoming and full of knowledge.
Our safari guide, Solomon, was a highly knowledgeable and experienced guide who was able to answer any question thrown at him. He is full of passion for his work and has eyes like a hawk for spotting the animals from miles away! His ability to navigate every path from Arusha to the Serengeti and beyond is simply impressive. He ensured we had some amazing encounters, whilst taking amazing care of us - we always felt safe in his hands!
We had the pleasure of having Lily accompany us on our trip to Materuni Waterfalls, someone who does much of the work behind the scenes! After our car broke down, she had us in another ride in a matter of minutes.. a queen of adapting to any situation! We deeply appreciated the personalised touches that she added to our room on our arrival, and all of the little thoughts along the way.
We finished the trip with a 1-day hike on Kilimanjaro with Imran - an expert on the mountain! This was more than an active day of hiking, but a highly educational and interesting trip. We hope to be back to hike Mount Meru with him!
To the owner of Zohar, Lilian, who came to visit us personally at the end of our safari. We deeply appreciated the gesture, all of the communication along the way and the extra personalised touches. We were immaculately taken care of and made to feel truly special by her and all of her team.

Thank you to the entire Zohar team for making our first safari an unforgettable experience.
From our very first emails with Jackline, the customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. We were able to choose our hotels and design a tailor-made safari that, once we arrived in Tanzania, far exceeded our expectations.
We would especially like to highlight our guide, “Solo.” He was much more than a guide: he became a travel companion with the wisdom of a true explorer. He knew the terrain perfectly and anticipated the animals’ behavior like no other guide. Thanks to him, we spotted animals that other vehicles drove straight past, and he always positioned us in exactly the right place before the animals arrived. He is truly incredible.
We will never forget the friends we made, the campfires, the meals in the heart of the Serengeti, and the wonderful moments we shared as a family.

Amazing time
A huge thank you to the entire Zohar African Safaris team for making our trip to Tanzania such an unforgettable experience.
From our very first contact, the communication was incredibly easy, fast and reliable. The entire organization was seamless, and at every stage of our journey we had the feeling that everything was perfectly coordinated. Especially when planning such an extensive trip, it is incredibly reassuring to have a team you can truly rely on.
The entire trip and all of our experiences were perfectly arranged, allowing us to simply relax, enjoy every moment and fully immerse ourselves in everything Tanzania had to offer.
A very special thank you goes to our driver and personal guide, Daniel. He was not only extremely reliable and professional, but above all incredibly friendly and pleasant to be around. His knowledge of Tanzania, the wildlife and the nature was remarkable, and we learned so many new and fascinating things throughout our safari.
What we appreciated most was that Daniel was never intrusive. He had a wonderful sense of when we wanted to learn more and when we simply wanted to enjoy the moment. At the same time, he always made sure we experienced the most beautiful moments and captured them perfectly in photographs. So many of these memories will stay with us for a very long time.

The safari, the breathtaking landscapes and, of course, the Ngorongoro Crater were among the absolute highlights of our trip and truly unforgettable. But it was the combination of Zohar African Safaris’ excellent organization and Daniel’s personal care and expertise that made the journey so special for us.
