Amazing honeymoon!
We booked a 10 day honeymoon with Zohar African Safaris and couldn't be happier with our experience! We exchanged 40+ emails with the lovely owner, Lilian, as she helped us plan an itinerary that would allow us to experience what we wanted while still working within our budget. It was truly the most stress-free vacation planning we have ever done as Lilian took care of every detail. We also had no worries (hakuna matata) the entire time we were in Tanzania as the whole trip was so well planned and organized that we were able to enjoy ourselves and experience the beautiful country to its fullest. Lilian also included many additional touches throughout the trip that made our honeymoon feel extra special.
Our driver, David, was amazing also! He was so friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. We often felt that we had an advantage over other vehicles in the park as David was so skilled at recognizing animal behavior and predicting their movements. I still can't believe he spotted some of the animals he did when they were so far away or so well camouflaged!
Overall, it was a beautifully amazing honeymoon, in large part to the efforts of everyone at Zohar. I can't imagine there are many companies that can do it better than their team, and we hope to work with them again if we are able to make it back!

Personalized safari tour - high quality
Amazing communication with Lilian. She directly understood our wish and need. Always available and makes it a real pleasure to organize the trip. Extremely kind, committed and available. Service is high quality. The whole safari was very well organized (9 days for 2). The car was nice and always kept clean, lodges are all high level standing, very professional driver (Godson). The national parks were wonderful, and we could see the big 5! Amazing discovery thanks to Zohar team. Lilian is committed and always available, and extremely welcoming!

Perfect Safari from start to finish
We did an 8 day safari with Zohar in September and had an amazing time.
It started with perfect communication and planning, but didn’t end there. We had a super nice airport pickup, a perfect guide (thanks so much, Tom for making these days so much fun!), amazing lodges, food, company and stunning game drives.
A honeymoon that we will remember our whole life. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Amazing Experience & Friendly Staff
Zohar offers private tours, I took one by myself for my birthday and the entire experience was amazing. From the booking to the end of the safari the staff was extremely professional, quick to respond and very nice and accommodating. I plan on returning to Tanzania and taking a longer tour with Zohar!

An unforgettable experience
I absolutely loved my experience with Zohar safaris. Lillian and her team were very organised and attentive, creating a personalised experience that was perfect for our 5 day safari. Excellent communication throughout the planning process and keeping in touch throughout the safari. Our driver Tom was amazing too, and the bookings and accomodation went smoothly and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. We had the best Safari ever with Zohar. Everything was really wonderful and even better than we imagined. Thank you everyone in the office for the wonderful organization and that you were always approachable. Every accommodation was super nice and we were always happy about the honeymoon surprises. Our guide Tom was really great. He was always friendly, attentive and fulfilled all of our wishes. He is very experienced and we saw a lot of animals. We really had a great time with him and couldn't have asked for a better guide.
Also our Zanzibar holidays were organised by zohar and it was great. We had a Pick-up at the airport and also in our Hotel was everything organised.
The Communication with everyone in the office was easy and fast. Especially we would thank Lilian for doing such a great Job.
It was the best decision to choose this argency and are very grateful that we had an unforgettable vacation with Zohar.

Exceptionally well-tailored trip.
Exceptionally well-tailored trip. A guide with a lot of knowledge of the animals and who continuously anticipated the environment and intuitively showed us everything. So we didn't spend all day on the radio to hear where the Big Five were, so we saw a lot more than the average visitor who goes with the big travel companies.
Nice people at Zohar and a very personal approach.

We started communication by email/Whatsapp with Lilian a few months before our trip. Lilian was always very responsive to messages which made planning a big trip like this quite straightforward. From the minute we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, Zohar safaris was there to make us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to make the trip memorable for us, from personalized touches to organizing day activities for us at the last minute upon our request. We owe a big thanks to our guide Moustapha, who's impressive animal spotting skills and his vast amount of knowledge and experience in the Serengeti made our experience unforgettable. Couldn't recommend Lilian and the team at Zohar more!

Amazing safari experience full of surprises
Our safari with Zohar was absolutely amazing! It was part of our honeymoon & Lilian and her team made it very special in so many ways. From the pick up at the airport to the final day where we were surprised with a bottle of champagne!!! Our guide Leo had profound knowledge about wildlife and plants & could answer all questions we had during the tour. Everyday we had A delicious lunch in beautiful spots in the middle of nature. The accommodations that were chosen by Zohar were very pretty & the jeep was clean, safe & comfortable.
