Had a great safari with Bencia
I was in Arusha having completed a wonderful 6 day Tanzania safari where I saw a lot and was planning to head to Amsterdam the next day when I changed my mind and WhatsApp about 6 safari companies in Kenya . Luckily for me, Alfred of Bencia safari replied immediately with an offer that fitted my tight budget. He was very patient with me as I needed to get my covid pcr test result first before committing myself. I took the comfortable River shuttle in downtown Arusha to Namanga. I was met at the Kenya side at Namanga by Cyprian and Johanas my driver/guide. They brought me to a bank where I could withdraw the maximum of 40000 per transaction per card to pay for my safari. The other guest bailed out and I ended up with a private tour for Amboseli. Johanas was great and I lucked out when Mt Kilimanjaro was not cloud shrouded for about 4 hours the next day during our game drive which started promptly at 6.30 am. I was glad I changed my mind as Amboseli was definitely worth it and I saw more than the famous Amboseli elephants, the largest in the world. After Amboseli, I continued with a 5 night safari which included Lake Naviasha, Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara. I was joined by 3 other individual travelers for the 3 day 2 night Maasai Mara tour, Bencia tours was quick to respond to my questions and made some changes last minute which was appreciated. Highly recommended. You have a choice of a modified van or land cruiser depending on your budget.

Very helpful, reliable and excellent value for money
We did a 3 day safari - Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru - with Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris and I can truly say we had a wonderful time.
Alfred, the owner, was extremely helpful right from the beginning and always returned my calls and answered my emails (and I did send him a lot of emails!).
The safari itself was excellent. Our driver, George, was extremely knowledgeable and funny and he went the extra mile to make it a memorable safari. He was very reliable and nothing was too much trouble for him. I have nothing, but praise for him.
The accommodation and the meals were excellent too.
If I do another safari, I will definitely book Bencia and ask for George. I highly recommend them. Thank you to George, Alfred and Prudence from behalf of me and my family for making this a truly unique experience. You deserve to do very well because you truly know what customer service is.

Friendly, accommodating, wonderful!
With COVID-19 restrictions limiting our travel options, my wife and I took the opportunity to visit Africa for the first time with little time to prepare. After thoroughly enjoying Nairobi and Mombasa, we squeezed in our first safari with Benicia. Alfred and his team were so friendly and patient making us feel relaxed and happy throughout the entire process. This was not busy season and with COVID there were not many tourists around, and we were so fortunate to have a self paced and customized experience. The gem in our trip however was our courteous and friendly driver and guide George, who in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and experienced, kept us safe and secure while ensuring we had plenty of time to catch all the sights. We saw the big five including white and black rhinos, and a family of elephants descending out and about our van! Priceless experience I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone! We look forward to coming to Benicia again! Ask for George, and you will also meet the polite, young, armed park ranger Benedict who will keep you safe from hippos as you tour the Mara River where wildebeest make their famous crossings between Kenya and Tanzania past hungry crocodiles. So many wonders!

a wonderful trip along the masai mare, scher naivasha, amboseli, met at the airport besch zadkrzhki, taken to the hotel, the next morning we were met by the driver George with whom we began our journey, many thanks to George, we saw a lot of animals, everything is clear, punctual, the emotions are great, the hotels booked by the company were wonderful. Thank you very much, I hope to see you again!

Good budget safari operator, has own chefs and does not sell clients and runs safari even for 2 peop
We booked a 4 day safari and even noone joined it happened as planed. We had a good guide/driver Mourinho and a friendly chef John who cooked us very tasty food. A minibus and places to stay were budget type but good value for money. We saw everthing we wanted even though last day game drive was shorter than expected.

Best Honeymoon ever!!
We booked our 7 day tour in Kenya traveling from Nairobi-Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru-Lake Naivaisha-Amboseli.
Since we arrived, our tour guide George made sure we had the best time in Kenya, looking for the big 5 (we saw them all!) and taking care of us. He and the Bencia Team made sure our experience was perfect!

Excellent Tour and Service
The 3-day tour of Amboseli was just perfect! George was our driver and he took us all the way form Nairobi to Amboseli then drove us all over the park for 3 days. He knew the park roads inside and out and found massive numbers of elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, impala, cape buffalo, hippos and even a pair of lions.

amazing safari
So There are many safari companies in Kenya, after a long search for a Masai Mara safari, I chose Bencia and it was so amazing , here is why: they are Punctual, Clean car, Decent meals, Friendly driver, Sanitizer in car. our driver did the best day and he didn’t save any effort to please each of us. An absolute safari
I booked safari through Alfred together with my other three friends for three days two nights to Maasai Mara.
The safari was well organized as per our expectations and we were given an excellent tour guide driver where by we managed to see the big five .
The accomodations was quite ok.the rooms were specious and the meals was fantastic.
