very profesional and 100 percent relaiable
it is difficult to put all this in words, it was more than you can expect, just wonderful. The guides tried so hard to show all the wildlife, even in difficult times. The accomodations were all special and all the staff just great. I can really recommend it.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgable service
Communication was very easy and fast. Karina was very helpful and managed to give suggestions to meet our budget and time table.
The two centres chosen, Gold Reef City and Lush Private Lodge exceeded our expectations.
Transfers were on time and also efficient. Would have no hestitation in recommending them to others and we plan use to use their services next time we travel to africa.

Amazing experience!
My husband and I just returned from a 9 day safari experience in Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, and Okavango Delta. Kim from Safari Online planned out a truly amazing safari trip for us. She was extremely responsive and accommodating with various questions and requests we had during the planning phase. She made sure every detail was taken care of. The trip itself was great! We never really had to worry about a thing in terms of transportation pick-ups, flight charters, etc. Everything was well-planned and executed. We really liked all of the camps/ lodges that Kim booked for us. We saw so many animals and so much wildlife, from lions to leopards to aardvarks. There really were way too many to list here. The safari guides we had were excellent and worked hard to make sure we had great wildlife sightings and stayed safe. The food was excellent everywhere we stayed and I was surprised by how well-fed we were. Everything was perfect except for the scorching heat (the rainy season seemed to be refusing to start) when we were there but we didn't really let that get to us as we were having such a great time. I'd definitely recommend Safari Online.

Fantastic Botswana, Zambia, South Africa trip
Walter was awesome throughout the initial communications process and quickly offered multiple options each time we amended the original itinerary, until we ultimately settled on Botswana, Zambia and South Africa.
Each location was unique, and that was by design. The lodges were all great, and each one was nicer than the last, culminating at Savanna in the Sabi Sands GR. Likewise, the game viewing improved with each location.
I can't say enough about Walter's efforts in helping us put together a great trip. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him again when we book another safari.

Fabulous holiday in South Africa
Thank you very much, Karina, for organizing ours once in the lifetime experience in South Africa. We were in Umlani Bushcamp and Elephant Plain Game lodges. Both lodges are fantastic and we really loved all the game drives. Also, our 10 and 13 years old children loved to be there and they really enjoyed to see all the animals and play in the swimming pools.
We are really happy with Karina's support to organize our trip. Karina's response time was always really fast and Karina managed to find new lodges for us even our flight schedule changed a couple of times. Karina also organized all transportations between airports and lodges.

Sabrina's ability to liaise & plan our 'bucket list' holiday, with an amazing outcome, world class.
I selected Safari online ahead of the many travel agents firstly because of the 1st draft itinerary, and then the quick understanding of what Nikki & I wanted to achieve with-in our time frame and budget.
Sabrina developed an itinerary to meet our exceptions and was understanding and patient in fine tuning our travel needs to develop a final itinerary that not only meet our expectations, but surpassed them with a life adventure that will be very hard to top.
Each and every safari, hotel , flight, airport transfer, etc went smoothly, taking into account that we traveled to 5 different countries, and had 19 transfers, 12 flights, and stay at 9 different accommodations.
The camps and hotels where of a high standard, we planned for an animal safari (got that in buckets), but also got a food safari, with high standard of food and services, but mostly of all great staff / drivers.
Thank you Sabrina of a memorable life experience, fantastic job.
If you want to do a African safari, I highly recommend Safari online, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience
Thank you Sabrina and the SafariOnline team for making our family vacation such an excellent experience. We traveled to Africa before and did many safaris. We were looking for holidays that would provide us with something different than just another 2 weeks of game drives. Sabrina invested a lot of time (and patience) to really understand our needs and she was relentless in finding the best possible options. The result was amazing. We spent 2 wonderful weeks traveling in South Africa and Zimbabwe adding a bunch of new african experiences to our travel book. Restful yet amazing!

If you are after a resort style of experience than this is probably not for you,but if you value glamping, nature, great hospitality and food, then I can not highly recommend this enough..

Beautiful Botswana Safari
My husband and I went to Botswana and Victoria Falls for our honeymoon and I couldn't be happier I entrusted Safari Online to do the booking for us. Walter was our agent and he is top notch. From beginning to end he was extremely detailed, a great communicator, and just downright pleasant to work with. He consistently checked in with us as our trip time approached to make sure all details were in place and to make sure that all our questions were answered. When we took our trip, we couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. We just had to show up and there was someone waiting there to take us to our next lodge, plan, or car ride. We saw so many amazing animals on our safari and met some incredible people in Botswana and we will cherish those memories for life.
