5 perfect days in Kruger
5/5

Perfect 5 stars experience! Far beyond my expectations! So good that I promised myself that I will sit down and write an appropriate review! They deserve it!
I took the tour of 5 days (4 nights). It all started with Elsabe whom I was in contact with by email for few weeks – Super nice! Answered every question super-fast sending always helpful information and always with grace!
Starting from the drive from Jbourg to Skukuza, through each and every game drive and each meal – Everything was just perfect! The guides, the people, the food (EXCELENT FOOD!) and well the atmosphere of the park and its amazing animals – amazing!
I missed the Leopard but I saw plenty of the other big 5 including really close lions in 4 different times. Although I really wanted to see that Leo I must say that apart from those 5 I got to see amazing scenarios only few meters away. (An elephant spotting a giraffe on his path to the lake started chasing it right near our car… 4 lionesses just about hunting a zebra etc…).
Well you have to bring your own luck but apart from that Outlook take care of everything and everything was perfect!
Already recommended it to close friends and will definitely keep doing so!
Just 2 more things – Most of the people I met there took the 3 days tour. I think it's great and it might definitely be enough; but I noticed that some of them were really anxious and afraid they won't see everything. It's a vacation you shouldn't be anxious all the time and I think that even 1 more day makes the entire trip much calmer (as it's supposed to be). If you have the possibility take at least 4 days.
One more thing – I also stayed in Jbourg at Outlook lodge – very cool calm super nice place! 10 min from the airport. If you go – don't miss dinner!
Enjoy!!!

Thank you so much for making this trip one of a lifetime. The quality of everything was simply perfect and all arrangements worked so well. Great coordination and a flawless stay in the middle of the bush.

A day that didn’t start as planned but turned out to be a great day
5/5

In my two weeks of vacation in South Africa, I’ve done a tour with Outlook twice to the Kruger Park (couldn’t get enough of the park). As it happend to be, I was on the same tour as the previouse lady who wrote a review (Sossi). And I must say that in my perspective things were not so bad as her’s. I just asked our driver about the delay in the pick up time. Turned out that there were people who were suppose to be at the reception of there hotel (next to the airport) for the pick up but somehow had decided to go to the airport and wait there. So the driver had to go look for them and that takes time.
Yes it’s a long drive to the Kruger Park form Johannesburg, about 6 hours (not 8 or 9). And we did stop twice during the transfer. To make up a bit for the lost time, on the first stop it was decided that it would be only a short stop to buy some food and use the toilet. Reason for this was that if we didn’t do that, everybody would miss the night game drive in the Kruger park. But somebody didn’t listen to the driver and went to sit in the restaurant and ordered fresh baked waffels. Nobody knew this so it took us 20 minuts to find this lady and continue our ride. Thanks to our driver we all made it in time to go on that wonderfull evening game drive.
After that we had a lovely dinner made by the chef at the camp and had a wonderful end of a day that didn’t start as planned but turned out to be a great day.
The first stay as well as the second stay was wonderful. Just love the Kruger Park, the food of the chefs and the great guides. Thanks for everything FJ, Jarryd, Johannes, Moss, Thami, Senzeni and Bright.

Outstanding Safari Experience
5/5

I chose option - three days in a tent. I prefer to have a contact with nature than luxury hotels. Great service - and special thanks to FJ, who showed tremendous professionalism. Great food! Fantastic Dinner times - super delicious local cuisine and wine (good chief). Great evening atmosphere. Tents were too luxurious :) comfortable beds and AC plugs (camera and phone - with full bars service - optional internet in the restaurant in Sukuza) Safari games in small groups so You dont need to worry about seats. Safari is based on luck so I had a good luck. Big 5 checked + Leopard killing Impala next to us!!! Next time I will stay longer. For a last day I recomend Blyde River Canyon!!! The most beautiful Canyon I've ever seen in my life. Great scenic route. I would definitely recommend Safari Outlook.

Great Safari and a lovely guide!
5/5

We found the 6 day Kruger, Swaziland and Natal Lodge safari amazing. It was everything we hoped for and more.
The accommodation in each place that we stayed was comfortable, clean and spacious. All were in prime locations (centre of the Safari parks, or near the beach).

The day’s activities were well planned and left enough time not to be rushed. Although it is a bit hit and miss whether you are able to see many animals we did in fact manage to see loads (including the big five). I believe that this was mainly down to our superb guide who was flexible in his approach and took the time to listen to other guides driving around the camps as to any animal sighting.

The food provide for us by the individual safari camps was very nice. All food was properly cooked and tasty. When the Outlook Safaris representative cooked our meals he catered for our individual needs (gluten free and vegetarian) and our tastes. He put a lot of thought into the preparation of the meals.

Everything about my experience in Kruger through Outlook was wonderful. It was all high quality, including the guides, drivers, food, and accommodation. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made for a great experience! Hopefully I can return one day and I would definitely use Outlook again.

Excellent People... beautiful Animals
5/5

I took a chance and booked a 3 day safari with Outlook over the internet and hoped for the best. We certainly got it. The service was fantastic and our pick up in JoBerg was on time and the driver (Edi) friendly to chat with during the drive up to Kruger. Once in the park the staff was really great and the game drives outstanding, we loved our tour guide Debbie. She has a passion for the animals in the park and it shows even though it's "just another day at the office for her." We never felt like she had seen these animals a hundred times. The food was delicious and the wine flowed freely at the evening meal. It's a tremendous value and we would definitely book with Outlook again. *ONE NOTE*...if you're thinking about ending the safari with the Panorama tour ask ahead about the weather. We drove 2 hours out to do the tour and everything was fogged in. It was a complete waste of time, I wish someone had thought to phone up a guide in the area to ask about the visibility, then we would have been better off to stay and do the last game drive. I heard the same conditions applied the next day for the people who opted for the Panorama drive, so again it was a drive to see white out fog.

Surprisingly good
5/5

I booked last minute (a couple of days before leaving the UK) onto a budget safari (the first to respond out of 4 I emailed); it was £300 for 3 days so I thought it would be pretty rough. But it was well organised, the tents were fine, the food was very nice, the staff were friendly and knowledgable and most importantly we had great views of all the animals.

The drives to and from Joburg are a pain - if I was going again I would stay longer but the Safari itself was excellent and I would happily use outlook safaris again in the future.
