Excellent experience
I had a wonderful experience with Kibera Holiday Safaris. I was a little skeptical at first because there were so few other reviews but I was impressed with the quality of my experience. I did a half-day safari in Nairobi National Park and had a great time. Peter arrived on time at my residence (even a few minutes early!) to pick me up and then even helped me find coffee when we got to the park. I was on the tour alone since I'm here for work from the United States but he made me feel right at home and we had a very nice conversation. Peter was a great guide once we were in the park and because of his diligence and knowledge of the park I saw three rhinos, five giraffes, three lions, herds of zebras, secretary birds, and many other animals. He previously worked at the animal orphanage at Nairobi National Park and he really knew his stuff. I highly recommend using Kibera Holiday Safaris.

Adventure!
Peter is an incredible guide. Loves people, wont let you down. He has had so much experience. He is from the tribe of the masai, so he fully understood how the game works.
We went on a 3 day trip in December and saw everyone we wanted to see except for the Rhino (which was not seen by any of the tour guides that trip). Incredible place.I recommend Peter or the Experience anymore than I have!
Thank you.

Prompt response, Great experience!!
Booking was so easy, plenty of communication before the safari with Peter helped to set expectations. I liked the ease of payment, picking up right from the Hotel and drop. I was expecting Peter to accompany me but the trainee staff Anthony was very sincere and efficient. He was patient and flexible, communicated well, and was always available for questions. The entire tour was very comfortable and awesome. I would thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to travel to Nairobi to book with Kibera Holidays.

Unforgettable experience, very kind driver, good value for money
I was picked up from the hotel and drove to the National Park in a minivan which needs a bit of renovation. The whole tour will last from 6:00 to 13:30.
The driver, Peter, was very kind and told me and the other two people that decided to do this safari on that day about the areas we passed through before we arrived at the Nairobi National Park.
When we entered the park, although a bit late, we drove and found two lions, one male and one female. It was a good start for the day.
He was in constant communication in Swahili with another car in order to find the location of the different kinds of game.
We found a lot of animals and 4 out of the big 5 (no leopard).
I would certainly recommend this safari operator.

Wonderful safari day in Nairobi National Park
I had the oppotunity to go and enjoy the Nairobi National Park with this company. I had a wonderful day. Peter, knew very well the park so we had the best view of the animals.

Quote was different with the actual service
The quotation says free bottled mineral water but I did not receive any bottled water during meals and on game drives. Also, it says there will be a hotel pick up and drop-off which didn't happen as well. When I booked, I already mentioned the hotel that I am staying and Peter said he will pick me up. The night before the safari, he emailed and said he can't pick me up because my hotel is far which is unfair because when I reserved a slot, I already mentioned the hotel name. He should have told me when I reserved that he can't pick me. Lastly, they are using a van so it's 3-2-3, a total of eight plus a seat beside the driver which make it really cramped. I noticed the other groups have 2-2-2 plus one beside the driver which make it an ideal set-up.
