Well planned trip but choice of accomodation was poor
It was a memorable week in Kenya considering a first time experience with African Safari. However, things didnt turn out the way it was expected. Firstly poor accomodation choices haunted the stay with no power in accomodations at Amboseli and Masai Mara where we sometimes woke up in pitch dark rooms in the middle of the night and couldnt charge our camera and mobile devices. On top that we had zero to poor sightings of the main 4 (Lion, Leopard, Cheetah and Rhino) which may be our bad luck or poor guide routes not sure. Also extreme long road trips every day were very tiring. I would suggest spend a couple of days or more at each location to get proper sightings as well as better rest between game drives.

Immaculate itinerary and fully trustworthy
I found this company through the Safari bookings website.. it was 1 of 3 quotes I received. By the way the company communicated and offered a professional itinerary which was spot on to my request, I knew this was the best choice.
The itinerary was super professionally presented and at a very fair price.. in the end everything that was said and promised was delivered perfectly.
I felt comfortable through out the experience with everyone involved.
We combined Mt.Kenya, Naivasha, Nakuru and massai mara, the logistics were worked out so very well.

The best safari experience
We were given a 6 day/5 night tour.
The destinations were Amboseli, Nakuru, and Masai Mara.
I was relieved that the pick up was on time.
We traveled with two small children and they were very flexible to accommodate our children's situation.
We had a car breakdown problem on the way, but backup arrived immediately and there were no delays in our itinerary.
The agent and driver were friendly and wonderfully responsive to our needs.
The vehicle was cleaned each day and was very comfortable.
We were able to see all the Big Five.
We would use them again if we go on another safari tour.

True professionals of the highest standards
Me and my friend booked a 3 days tour that included the Masai Mara reserve and the Masai Village. Furthermore, we stayed for 2 nights at the AA lodge in Mara on an all basis.
Everything was just perfect and of the highest standards. Starting with the kind attitude at the time of the initial contact with the company, the high availability, flexibility and the adaptation of the best package according to our request when at each stage we were sent the tour offers according to the adjustments we requested. Later, when booking everything was well documented and receipts and documents detailing the entire trip were sent to us immediately.
Later, we had a super professional guide and driver - Manu, who speaks fluent English is very experienced in doing safari trips. He was always on time, gave us detailed explanations about the animals in the reserve and about multiple issues in Kenya in general, very courteous and caring with a very pleasant and friendly attitude.
In addition all the coordination with the local authorities was perfectly done and everything went smoothly.
Finally, the AA lodge were we stayed was an amazing place, the food was great, the lodge was spacious and clean and the staff were really courteous. Large safari hats were given to us and mineral water was supplied during all tour.
The highlights of the tour were seeing lions from very close, seeing a live kill of a buffalo by a hyena and visiting the Masai tribe.
I strongly recommend Alligator Adventures Tours & Safaris Kenya they are true professionals with the highest standards.

A Perfect Safari !
As soon as I expressed my interest for a Kenyan safari package online, Meschak was in touch with me offering his expert advise and details. Although initially we wanted to do tour in Decmber 2022, with some other work we had to reschedule it to March 2023. Throughout this time period Meschak was in touch with me where he promptly answered our questions, and we negotiated over the itinerary, accomadation options and cost. This initial phase established the fact that they are very professional and always wanted to provide the best to their clients. On the day of our arrival in Nairobi, Meshack greeted us warmly and made sure we felt comfortable and our first day is perfect. We had a driver assigned at a reasonable cost for our first and only day in Nairobi and he gave us a good overview of Nairobi city and other closeby attractions which we enjoyed a lot. On day 2 we were greeted by Francis who became a part of our family for the next 7 days of the tour. He was very professional , polite, knowledgeable, respectful and patient which we loved as we had very long drives with him within parks as well as from one location to another. We highly recommend him as a driver/guide. Overall the itinerary was very well prepared with lot of thought given to make sure we were not too tired and we had enough time to experience the different landscapes and animals in lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara and Amboseli. On the last day Meschak met us again to say good bye and wanted to know our feedback so they can improve further. We surely recommend Alligator Adventures and Safaris without any doubt. We wish Meschak, Francis and the Alligator Adventures and Safaris all the best.

Very reliable - highly recommended!
We booked an 8 day safari across Kenya and Tanzania and we had an incredible experience! Right from the planning process to the execution and support during the trip - everything was perfect!
During the planning process, Meshack was very proactive and patient with answering l our questions and giving helpful recommendations.
When we landed in Kenya, he greeted us warmly at the airport and introduced us to our guide, Francis, who was very knowledgeable and organised.
Most importantly, the airlines (Saudia) lost our luggage and Meshack went out of his way to ensure that we got it back in record time and planned the delivery to us in Masai Mara. It made us feel truly supported and taken care of!
All our game drives were meticulously planned by Francis and we had some wonderful sightings!
The hotel arrangements and everything else was brilliantly taken care of as well!
Would most definitely go with them for subsequent bookings as well!

We were away for a 10 day private Safari with Alligator Adventures Tours & Safaris in August 2022. We were both super happy with everything ranging from the initial planning stage to the trip itself.
In the planning stage Meshak was very helpful from start and made sure that we together with him planned a trip that would suit us and our preferences perfectly. He always answered fast and came with very good suggestions after hearing our thoughts and preferences.
The trip itself was also fantastic. After being warmly welcomed at the airport we set off with our guide, Edvin, who we were super happy with. He was both knowledgeable and kind, and always made sure that we got the best game drives and the best views. He always were able to answer our 1000 questions and always did so with a smile. Meanwhile, he also went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and were happy and comfortable. Thank you!

Very supportive, reliable and client oriented
We booked a 7 days private safari tour via Alligator Adventures Tours (Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli)
During requesting a quote and booking process, Meshak was very helpful, friendly and answered all our question (we had quite a lot of them :D).
We were kindly welcomed by Meshak and his colleague at the airport early in the morning and escorted to our car. After giving us all necessary instructions, we started our great tour.
The tour was very well organized and everything went as planned.
Big thanks to our great driver Francis! He was very professional, experienced and has a decent knowledge about all national parks that we visited.

We booked a 5-day safari. Despite the fact that our luggage was delayed by the airline (we received it on the 5th and 7th day), we had a good holiday.
The first hotel was The Cliff, fantastic experience, fantastic hotel. We searched for negative points but did not find any. The food was remarkably good, in fact the best food during our entire holiday. This was definitely the best of the 3 hotels.
The next hotel was Leopard Hill Resort. Beautiful rooms, super friendly staff. The food was ok, but not fantastic, could be better.
The last hotel was Kilima (2 nights). Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms.
Extra thanks to Alligator Adventure tours for picking up our delayed luggage and delivering it to our accommodation after the safari!
