To begin with, Pamela is v honest and committed to the cause for giving the best of the services to her clients for best value for money deals.
There are many tour operators but few would be as committed as her . She used to answer all our queries promptly and would tailor made our itinerary as per our requirement and budget. Be rest assured with pamela , that you would get what you are committed .
Thanks a lot pamela for turning up early morning and also convey our special thanks to john for help us spot almost all of the big 5 . John is v v disciplined and hardworking and never said a no for any extra effort which he had to take in our 4 days journey with him.

We have completed a Safari tour with Peter form 25th to 31st December. He has been very helpful and courteous and taken us to Amboselli and Masai Mara reserves.

Trip of a lifetime
Pamela is one of the most professional trip advisor that I have ever come across. I contacted her on WhatsApp and told her about the places I wanted to cover. She customised an itinerary as per our requirement within few hours. I was little sceptical as we were travelling with a
5 year old. But Pamela won my confidence with her responsiveness and attention to minute details. As promised, she was there to receive us at the airport. She introduced us to Peter, our driver cum guide for next 5 days. Peter is a very safe driver, an exception guide and a very good human being. From the time we met him, his only aim was to make sure that we sight the big 5 in masai Mara. With his exceptional tracking skills backed by 12 years of solid experience, Peter made my dream of sighting the big 5 within first 2 hours of entering Masai Mara. The hotel in Naivasha (Sopa lodge) was very beautiful and cosy. In Masai Mara, we spent the first 2 nights at Azure Mara Haven. The tents were clean and well maintained and service was excellent. On the last day, we shifted to AA lodge. It was a beautiful property but the service was very poor and food was not good too. This was the only negative of the whole trip. Overall, it was an amazing trip, well planned and well managed. Thank you team Magical Retreats.

Great Maasai Mara Excursion
I worked with Pamela from Magical retreats on planning the a 3-days trip to Maasai Mara and she did a perfect job of it. I had some friends who had never been to Keny before and Pamela recommended the right places to spend the night for them etc... the drivers were amazing (Mr Nyamu & Mr Njenga). Maasai Mara was a magical experience and can't wait to do it again. Thank you Pamela.

A must visit destination
A much much awaited review that i was looking forward to put in. Firstly thanks to Ms. Pamela for all the time entertainment she had for us. A group of almost 10 plus with two toddlers isnt an easy task. But Ms. pamela from magical retreats made it possible. The whole group was literally scared to travel to Kenya, specially Nirobi bracuse all the time google only said it wasnt safe. But i would like to memtion this that no where did we feel it was, it was pretty safe. Our trip to Masai mara the most awaited a very beautiful experience, there are no words cannot frame just a sentence to what we have experienced. Its speechless. The hotels provided by Magical Retreats were fantastic and all of them were star hotels. Livingston and Peter our guides and drivers were one fully knowers of all the places and details. Very interactive and personal customer service. They made us literally feel home. Ms Pamela, made sure that all of the suggestion or last minite changes were accommodated and that’s commendable. Thank you Pamela we look forward to visit you soon and i appricate and thank you and your team for this wonderful experinece once in a lifetime.

Amazing experience!
Arranged everything over whatsapp. Pamela was always prompt to reply any doubts we had. When we got there, she met us at the airport and introduced us to Peter, who drove us to the Masai Mara Lodge (which Pamela recommended me and we loved it) and stayed with us the 3 days taking us to the game drives. He knows a lot about the wildlife which makes the experience much more interesting. Managed to find 4 of the Big Five on the first day, and the last one on the following morning. He got very close to Elephants, Giraffes and even to the Lions and Cheetahs!! Even though we went ends of September, we still saw part of the migration going on, the last wildebeest returning home along with the zebras. Honestly, it was an incredible experience!! To see the animals free in their habitat is a privilege. Thank you Pamela and Peter! Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. :)
