Everything perfect from the begging to the end
Everything was great. The booking process was easy and the agent, Rochelle, was super friendly and very responsive. The tour was great. Our tour was a 3 days and 2 nights in the luxury tent. We went on 3 different game drives at 2 different parks. It was a perfect amount of time for us. Everyone was nice and the food was good! We will recommend this trip to all of our friends.

Wonderful experience!
Rochelle was amazing to work with! She answered all my questions promptly (even with the time difference) and helped me through every step - from when and where I would be picked up, to the times I'd be dropped off and everything in between. She even provided me with multiple means of contact, just in case. The safari itself was an AMAZING experience and it helped so much knowing that someone was always just a phone call away in case something went wrong. I'd recommend Kruger Park Tours to anyone who wants to visit this amazing country!

Awesome!
The whole tour was outstanding from the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off back at the airport. The hotel we stayed at on the first night was very comfortable, the food superb and the staff engaging. We took the minibus to kruger which was comfortable and gave us the chance to see some of the country. Our time in Kruger was excellent, the tours were great and we were able to see lots of animals, some of which were very close. We stayed in a chalet and although there was a problem with the accommodation we were quickly moved and upgraded, the Kruger Tour rangers helped sort out the problem. The meals were very special as everybody on the tour ate together and so that gave you the opportunity to meet lots of people and chat over a glass of wine or two. There was lots of food and there was a good variety. The Kruger Tour rangers were outstanding whether on tour or back in camp. They were extremely knowledgeable, easy to chat too and very helpful. The tour certainly represented outstanding value for money.

Great organization and great service
I booked this safari last minute during a very busy period as the situation presented itself. Rochelle was very kind and helpful - fast & informative email exchange, all questions answered and doing some thinking for you. I love this kind of customer service :-)
She was a major factor in booking with Kruger Park Tours. Good decision, the safari was excellent, very well organized and the accomodation & food surpassed expectations. I was also happy with the staff and guides throughout.
Overall I really recommend this company for excellent customer service and an amazing safari we are all looking for when we come onto this website.

Rochelle did an excellent job with our booking for 4 people, making sure every thing was in order before we left Australia for our 20 day South African Safari Tour.The tour exceeded our expectations and the tour crew were fantastic looking after us during the tour.We can recommend this adventure tour for any one wanting to have a holiday with a difference in South Africa. Extremely helpful and efficient.
With a plethora of options for arranging a safari for me and my wife, I turned to Kruger Park Tours to find exactly what we were looking for - a 4 day walking safari. Our adviser, Rochelle, quickly came back with a selection of locations and operators. Because we were wanting a dedicated walking safari with a sleep-out in the bush, we chose Rhino Walking Safaris. The trip exceeded our expectations, despite the fact that I have been on safari three times before. We cannot recommend Kruger Park Tours and Rhino Walking Safaris highly enough. Our two armed tracker guides were unbelievably knowledgeable about all flora and fauna, the camp was very comfortable, considering it was out in the bush with only a generator, and nothing was too much trouble. So much better than being driven around in a 4x4. When walking you become part of the environment and become one with Africa and its wildlife. A big thank you to both companies.

Experience of a lifetime! Luxury meets wildlife with great service and delicious food!
This was an overall amazing experience. Rochelle made this honeymoon one we will never forget. She was very hands on and made sure every detail of our trip was beyond our expectations. Initially we were supposed to stay at Tremisana but we wanted something a little more luxurious so Rochelle moved us to Katakani. It was such a beautiful room. It was partially tented and had a treehouse feel but very luxury. The food was probably the best we had during our month stay in all of South Africa. I would recommend this whole experience from beginning to end. We are so grateful to have dealt with Rochelle. She was very hands on and delightful.
