Bucket List Safari Experiences
Working with Brett takes so much stress off traveling. We travel from California, USA so it is a LONG trip to South Africa but so worth it every time! We have booked with him several times and his knowledge within the KZN area of reserves, lodges and new experiences is hands down the best. He was able to work within our budget and communication throughout the process of booking was so great. We have a friend that hired him as a private guide and we got to join... boy does he have a passion for wildlife! He has such a passion and respect for the animals, it almost lights you up inside. He understands the importance of a strong eco-system to help preserve and protect the wild life AND educate and uplift the surrounding communities. One of the reserves he booked us at, Phinda Private Game Reserve, do just that and it was one of the selling points on why we chose to book there. We knew our money was going to more than just in the pockets of the owners of the reserve. I joined Mangaleka Africa on the 4-day Discover Kruger Park tour.
Being a South African I visit game reserves quite regularly but what made such a difference to me this time is having a private knowledgeable guide. It's not just about spotting the animals and ticking them off the list but finding out more about them, learning how they interact and recognising unusual behaviour which can alert you to an even better sighting. Brett from Mangaleka Africa is just the guy to offer this and any trip with him is guaranteed to be full of information and action-packed. Highly recommended.
