Excellent Knowledge, Professional Safari Guide
From the initial communication till leaving us at the airport at the end of our Trip, Hennie was an exceptional host. He took good care of us on our Capetown/Brenton/Addo/Kruger trip. Highly recommend.
A very memorable trip was led by experienced, knowledgeable guides who also fed & sheltered us well.
We would recommend this group to friends and family (and we already have) for a great "African experience."
We were well informed on what the trip was, where we would be going and staying, what we needed as to the different countries currencies, visas, etc. One more day longer for sightseeing would have been great in the Savute area, but that was shortened due to another unforeseen memorable "adventure" near a bridge that used up the time. However, that means we just need to plan for another safari tour. :) We really did love the whole time we were on this trip.

Hennie Becker of Fleet Foot Safaris delivered in a first class fashion!
Mr. Becker planned a great itinerary on short notice. He was very helpful and did his best to take care of all our requests. He was very prompt in responding to our questions and arranged very comfortable accommodations. He incorporated national park as well as private game reserves into the safari experience and we were able to see all the big five as well as numerous other animals and birds. In short, he was was very personable and helped my son (who took me on this amazing adventure), make my dream come true of going on an African Safari and seeing all these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat on the African veldt - an experience to cherish for a lifetime!
My so
A first-rate business that delivered a memorable safari
From the first meeting with Hennie we were impressed with his enthusiasm and integrity in all our dealings with Fleet Foot Safaris. Once we had an idea of which areas of Botswana were feasible, Hennie soon sent us a preliminary tour itinerary package and quote set out with good descriptions of each day's expectations, travel milage and the accommodations. We are senior citizens and Hennie assured us that he could offer us what he called a 'non-participatory safari' which means that we ate (Hennie is a gourmet chef and braai master), but we did not cook, we camped, but the team set up the camp and tents, we had game drives, but did not have to do the driving and navigating! Hennie arranged a good mix of wild camping and accommodation in Botswana's tourist lodges which gave us a taste of both worlds. We experienced what the Okavango Delta had to offer, camped in the Kwai Community area, travelled through Savuti, enjoyed a game drive and river cruise on the Chobe River, marveled at the Victoria Falls and were surprised at the silence and expanse of the Makgadikgadi Pans. We would recommend Fleet Foot Safaris to anyone who is interested in a trip though Botswana or for that matter anywhere that they offer tours or safaris.
self drive safari to africa
My Husband arranged our self drive tour through Africa with Fleetfoot Safaris. Hennie arranged everything for us including hire of the 4WD which we picked up in Capetown, everything Hennie booked was spot on, border crossings were made easy with his guidance and information. He even contacted us several times to make sure we were ok and that all bookings were as planned. I cant thank Hennie and Fleetfoot Safaris enough for all the effort they put in to make our safari a success.

Self Guided Safari Through Southern Africa
My wife and I wanted to do our own self guided safari through Sth Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Vic Falls, Chobe and the Okavango Delta. After much searching we chose Fleetfoot Safari's. Despite us being in Australia, Hennie put together a fantastic safari for us, taking in everything that we wanted to see. Accomodation, 4WD Hire, Flights, all worked out just right. Not a hitch anywhere in nearly 12,000km's. We even got to meet Hennie's lovely wife and joined them for a meal as we came through Kynsna on our way back to Capetown.
We will certainly return to Africa to do other parts, and will certainly use Hennie's services again.

We took this amazing tour with Hennie Becker our tour guide and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The company was excellent, the food was soooooo good (loved the cooking over the open fire), the wine was out of this world! and the activities were extremely well organized. We experienced things we just read about in fancy magazine articles. Coming from Canada we love "our" Niagara Falls, but the Victoria Waterfalls have a magic that silenced us all. Thanks to Hennie and his crew for catering to all our needs - we would like to have you as a tour guide again and we will definitely tell our friends about this wonderful experience.

Okavango Delta and Victoria Falls
I really loved this safari with Fleet Foot and we made good friends with Hennie, our guide. From the meeting at the airport to the end of the tour, everything was so wonderful. I enjoyed the food on the fire, the wild animals (so close to our camp area, it was very exciting), the open vehicles on the game drives, boat cruise on the Delta and the mokoros, walking in the wild together with a guide, visiting the Victoria Falls and all the unique experiences. The was never a moment to relax as we wanted to enjoy everything! After returning home, we already decided to go again. Now I am planning the next trip with them to go to Kilimanjaro.

18 days of breath taking discoveries of South Africa and its National Parks and also Victoria Falls.
The company has showed an excellent sense of communicating, organizing and planning a 3 persons family trip. Our inceptive points of interest have been well taken into account. The result was a fabulous trip , fantastic discoveries of South Africa, its games and natural picturesque sites.
The guides were professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Our experience was above expectations and we certainly be back to Fleet Foot Safaris for other destinations.

A KZN adventure for the books...
Michelle at Fleet Foot Safaris put together a fabulous adventure for this group of 15 Americans, Australians, and South Americans who traveled together for 13 days and nights in November 2022 throughout the province of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), South Africa. Game reserves with elephants, rhinos, and lions, deep-sea fishing and languid beaches of the Indian Ocean, montane vistas in the spectacular Drakensberg Mountains, all arranged in one convenient itinerary without any excess driving distances. Fleet Foot Safaris has an uncanny knack for finding accommodations that consistently exceed expectations, and deliver surprises in the landscape settings, the meals, and the optional activities. This is the second time that Fleet Foot has arranged a customized safari adventure for my friends, family, and colleagues - it won't be the last!
