I am impressed with the approach to customers in this company. I had some questions during the tour. Johan not only helped to sort out the situation, but also offered additional options to me. It was much more than I expected, so I can confidently say that the company cares about its reputation, which speaks of them as a reliable service provider. I sincerely recommend it.

We travelled with Jangwa Tours and Safaris for an unforgettable self drive tour in Nambia.
David was very careful with us to choose the best solution with a mix of camping and lodges.
During the our 12 days tour we had a phone number for any necessity, David gave us suggestions and assistance.
We had a problem with one luggage that arrived on the next day, he sent us a driver to Sesriem from Windhoek to deliver our luggage at the Camping, incredible service! 🙏
The camping and lodges were amazing, the 4WD car with rooftop tent was very good and perfectly equipped.
We had a lot of wonderful experiences through the Namib desert to Swakopmund and Walvis Bay with an incredible day at Sandwich Harbour, the Damaraland area, Etosha NP and the Onguma reserve where we had one of the best experience of my life like the bush dinner...
I strongly suggest David and his Company to our friends and family and to everyone love adventure and nature, they have a 5 stars service! I will travel for sure with them for other destinations.
