Fabulous return to "home" to see Lesotho, Durban, and Cape Town
Wow, what a fantastic experience to be back in beautiful South Africa, and made all the more pleasurable by the exceptional planning services from Southern Africa 360. Nikki and her team were able to customize our entire trip including a seamless adventure packed day trip to Sani Pass and Lesotho, excellent value accommodation in Durban right across from the beach which made it easy to attend a friend's wedding in the area. The highlight of the trip was Cape Town where my parents joined me as part of a celebration for my dad's 70th. Nikki and her Southern Africa 360 team had planned every spectacular detail of this extra special vacation including recommending and booking us at a highly competitive rate at a beautiful luxury boutique hotel which was perfect as it was away from the tourist hubbub which allowed us some quiet and pampered respite (lavish beautifully furnished rooms, loved the welcome Sherry, very classy and appreciated on a cold evening, excellent food on site including the full breakfast, well-stocked bar with friendly service, and very convenient Spa on the premises which we indulged in for massages). Nikki is clearly an expert on the area and was able to give us personal recommendations that did not disappoint as we went on wine tours, site-seeing tours (Kirstenbosch Gardens, Hout Bay, Cape Point, Table Mountain) and even knew where to take us for some light hiking and excellent bird-watching. We will be sure to book through this expert operator again and hope to be back again soon! Thanks Nikki and Team!
Amazing South Africa Experience
My wife and I visited South Africa for the first time in June 2016, and we had an amazing experience. Communication was extremely prompt and the schedule was flexible to our needs. Nikki helped to arrange a bargain stay at Romney Park, a top end suite in Capetown with easy access to the waterfront and to Table Mountain. We then had a custom tour of the coastline down to the Cape of Good Hope, and then a wine tour of Stellenbosch the next day. We will definitely book with them again the next time we visit!

Customized 6 day trip
my girlfriend and I wanted to make trip of 6 days by car but had only one day to fix this. We contacted 360 safari and from the first moment we had contact with Helena who managed to fix the whole tour and even customise it to our whishes. She was very quick in her response and extremely helpful.
From the moment we arrived till the day of departure we got a very good and professional service. Additnally the quality of all the stays was very high. At the day of arrival we were picked up and got an local SIM card to contact a dedicated contact person for anything and all the hotels were informed of our arrival. This was needed during the trip when we had trouble with our tyres, and immediately our contact person helped us out on distance and made all the arrangements so the tyre would be fixed and we managed to get our flight.
Overall a very happy customer here and would definitely recommend the trustworthiness and service of 360!

Honey Moon helpers
Nikki and her team were so hopeful in doing some great research and booking of a great honeymoon for us. Nikki was extremely proactive and always accessible to answer any questions we had. Easy booking, professional and courteous staff, wonderful recommendations
I heard about Southern Africa 360 through a friend and used them because I was getting very overwhelmed with planning my vacation to Cape Town. Right from the first email, Nikki was very attentive and helpful. She made sure to understand what exactly I wanted out of my vacation and made some recommendations that turned out very well! I was able to reach Nikki via text message whenever I needed to and she was very accommodating. I made the last minute decision to rent a car to drive to the safari and even though Nikki was out of town, she connected me with one of her co-workers who set me up with a rental car while I was out shopping! My group and I enjoyed our 2 days at the Aquila luxury safari cottages. The staff, food and safari tours were excellent and more than we had even hoped for. We even had the opportunity to visit the wildlife rehab center operated by the safari! Throughout out the trip, Nikki checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. If I am ever in need of their services again, I would not hesitate to use them. I highly recommend Nikki and her peers.

With substantial thanks to Nikki & the SA360 team, my wife and I had the trip of a lifetime to South Africa, and will be going back in the near future without a doubt.
We started with 4 days and 3 nights in Krueger National Park at Lukimbe Safari Lodge- the suite was huge, beautiful, intimate, and the food and staff were just as satisfying.
Capetown was the second, where we stayed in Camps Bay and had a blast in both Camps Bay and central Capetown where we hoofed it over 20 miles in 3 days, always finding new neighborhoods and sites to check out. I was surprised at house cosmopolitan Capetown is, perhaps not on the level of New York or London, but quite similar .to our home city of Philadelphia. In renting an auto we were also able to make a very simple day trip to the southern most point of Africa at the Cape of Good Hope, and also spent quality time with penguins at Boulder Beach!
For the third leg we spent 3 magical days in wine country, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. With Nikki's guidance, we spent a bit of extra money per night to stay at La Petite Ferme in Franschhoek during our wine touring and this vintage French boutique became our single favorite hotel stay of our lives (Stay here, stay here, stay here).
For the final leg of our two week journey we headed Northeast towards Plett where we visited several coastal towns and were able to partake in some absolute world-class hiking loops. As it was December and the beginning of holiday season, we were fortunate to meet and mingle with many South Africans travelling to Plettburg Bay for end of year festivities and holidays.
Amazing amazing trip and - Eat ALL of the Springbock and all of the meats and veggies... goodness, I want to go back just writing this!

Botswana Wilderness
Our 12 days private safari in Botswana and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe was organized by "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays". Botswana is not a cheap country if you want to visit best places and have a good services but we have developed together with Nikki an excellent itinerary. Communication was perfect, everything was smooth and I suppose in a very reasonable price. We did many safaris in many African countries but I can really recommend Botswana and particularly when it is organized by "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays".

My safari in Namibia and Zimbabwe was organized by "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays" from 26 October to 4 November 2015.
I would like to thank Nikki Reynish for her professional approach to business! Nikki was always in touch with me since the time when i sent her my request and till my safari was over! The tour was organized according to the highest standards and with very reasonable prices! When i came to know that my program in Namibia excluded visiting a colony seals, Nikki had done everything possible for me and i could leave my group and spent time with these amazing animals! It was quite complicated because it was a private tour, and I was traveling in a group. There were many difficulties with timetable and cost, but Nikki solved this problem and arranged this trip perfectly!! She was constantly in touch with me and we were exchanging messages all the time!
I am a Head of Customer Service Department in advertising agency and I know very well the price of such service! I am satisfied that i have chosen "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays" and i highly recommend to everyone this company! Excellent preparation of our trip
Excellent organisation of our trip in the Kapama Reserve. Everything went well. We had a very good support from SA360. They sent us, prior to our tour, all the relvant information and answered all our questions.
The tour in Kapama was wonderful, very nice accomodation, warm welcome.
Safari organised very professionnally with excellent rangers and trackers.
If you want to travel individually, do not hesitate to get in touch with SA360. They did for us an fantastic job!
