Honest and reliable plus budget friendly
5/5

I want to see the Gorilla.
But there is few information about it.
So I have to do it by myself.
I contacted almost every agencies on the web.
Almost everyone of them wants to sell their expensive tour.
All the agencies lied that I have to pay guide fee and entrance fee for NP and so on.
Only G.S.U.T was honest and suggested the right thing I wanted
with budget price.
Yes. You can choose a program consisted of the luxurious car and 5 star lodge and so on. But for someone like me, budget is more important.
I was not a big guest for G.S.U.T.
I needed only permit. They couldn’t make much profit from me.
But they really tried to help me from first to finish. I really appreciate GSUT
for everything about my gorilla trekking. Without them, it was impossible. I should gave up.
Thanks!! I really recommend them.
I already introduced them to my friend. He will join the gorilla in a day.

They were very organised, transparent with the fees. Very helpful. Very reliable.
5/5

I loved the experience. I really recommend them. Fred was very reliable along with our driver who was beyond helpful and knowledgable. We got great accomodation too. I would recommend flying into Rwanda instead of Entebbe as the drive to Bwindi is intense and took us over 10 hours.

Great Experience. Would definitely do another trip through Gorilla Safaris Uganda.
5/5

This was a great trip. I did a safari and boat tour at the Lake Mburo National Park. Gorilla Safaris picked me up from the hotel, drove me around all day, then dropped me of at the airport after the safari. We saw all sorts of animals, including: giraffes, warthogs, impala, zebras, monkeys, topi, water buck, water buffalo, crocodiles, hippos, and several types of birds. The drive to and from the park was also like an extension of the tour. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic and made this a fantastic experience. I would absolutely book another trip through Gorilla Safaris.

Made the purchase of our gorilla permits so easy and went out of their way to help!!!
5/5

Gorilla Safaris Uganda went above and beyond the normal to help us get gorilla permits for Bwindi. Even though we were not using the company for our travel they were so amazing in helping us purchase our permits to see the gorillas. We had to try a few different ways to pay for them online and they were super patient and then on top of it delivered them to us in a rather obscure location in Kampala. Thanks so much!! It was amazing customer service!

Incredible experience
5/5

I was travelling on my own and I was made feel welcome and safe. The long drive was broken by street food stops and fruit shopping which allowed me to get to know more of local living style. Gorillas were incredible and I will never forget those moments. Accommodation and meals were great, hope to come back one day.

Wonderful. I really hope to come back to Uganda someday!
5/5

It was a really nice day and John was good company and a good driver. I enjoyed it very much!

I was wondering, since John brought it up yesterday, are you or John available to take me to the airport tonight? He said you could do that for 100,000: that would be a good price. I need to be there somewhere around 1.30 - 1:45am, so maybe we could leave at midnight 0.00 from Makerere University Guest House?

Looking forward to hear whether that is possible.
Kind regards,
Suleika
