Fabulous 6-Day Tour in Uganda
We just returned from ten days in beautiful Uganda. Six of those days were spent on safari drives in Murchison Falls National Park and Kidepo National Park with a fantastic guide, William, who really made this trip enjoyable for us. We have traveled a lot and often use a private guide, and we rank William as one of the best we've had. (We also had several people, including other guides, tell us we had the best guide in the business.) He was very knowledgeable about the mammals and birds in the parks we visited, was an excellent spotter, and did an great job of adapting to our needs and interests. My husband is an avid birder, and William shares his passion and was particularly helpful in this area. William also shared a lot of fascinating information about the Ugandan culture and even took us to visit a primary school on our request. In addition, he is an excellent driver, navigating even the worst roads in northern Uganda with skill. He is unflappable and always upbeat. In our experience, a good guide can really make a trip like this special, and William definitely did that for this trip.

Highly recommend Nature Trails East Africa. Had an amazing holiday in Rwanda. David is great in supporting with recommendations and arranging an amazing holiday. Accommodation was lovely, hikes and activities amazing. Very lucky to see the wildlife and landscapes Rwanda has to offer. Norman accompanied us for the trip and was great, cannot thank you enough. 2 day trip to Musanze and Volcanoes National Park
My 2-day trip to Musanze and Volcanoes National Park was fantastic. In less than 48 hours I managed to go to the north of the country to visit a few markets, eat in nice places, kayak in the river, sleep in a very cosy hotel, see golden monkeys, visit a part of Kigali, and get to know a bit Rwanda by talking a lot with my driver, James. Everything was very well organized and James managed to take me to an amazing market which was not initially planned. He was super flexible and asked me all the time what I felt like doing. The golden monkey trek was a bit shorter than what I would have liked, but that didn't depend on Nature Trails and I was aware of it. My first time in Rwanda and it was all fantastic, I wish I had more time! Thanks, Nature Trails Eats Africa!

1 day birding trip to Mabamba Swamp and Mpanga Forest
This was a fantastic trip, particularly recommended for people with an existing interest in birds. Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly passionate about birdwatching, going very much above and beyond to try to maximise the number of species seen.
