Beyond the expectations
Regarding the price was lower, i prepared myself to have poor standards. But I was wrong, We did a full 4 days of Safari, the places that we stayed amazing view and service. Camping with hot water, some places has Wi-fi. Our chef and the guide was nice. We met with some people they paid more than us to another company for the same plan. Even, our tour was included the airport transfer which is strongly recommended in Tanzania! Roads are bad and airport taxi is expensive.
You can reach Seth by e-mail or phone during your trip, they will solve any issues.
We didn't know the amount that we should tip the guide and chef. That could have been advised us before. We decided to pay daily 10 usd per person.
I have searched many organizers, trust me this is the best with a budget plan.

Incredible Experience
The service provided by Seth was exemplary, all emails and questions were answered quickly and with detail. Our driver, Ken, was excellent. We were lucky enough to see all the animals we were keen to see including 9 lions and 11 cheetahs, Ken made sure that we always had the best views and was overall, an excellent guide.

Great safari and such incredible customer service. I felt amazingly well taken care of by Seth and team from the moment I landed in Kenya until the moment I departed. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable experience
We've been in group of 4 on safari with Trip Advisor Safaris. It was 3-day safari at Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It was unforgettable adventure. We saw Big Five, and a lot other animals. Our driver was kind and also great guide - he knew where to go to see rare animals, and he was a great spotter as well. The same our chef - all the meals were tasty and big. Except that, excellent contact with the main office in Kenya. They called and texted during safari to know if everything is ok.
I recommend Trip Advisor Africa Safaris and wish them all the best.
Arrangement and staff are nice, no worries during our visit.
The owner communicate well with us before we go. Prepare all fit our needs. We join a 8days safari Kenya & Tanzania, plus a day visit to Giraffe Sanctuary & slum. Every thing was good. We also got the magic moments in Masa Mara and Serengeti. Thanks Vincent, Joel & God love.

Amazing experience with Trip Advisor Africa Safaris
Trip Advisor Safari provide a wonderful service! We are always
companied by someone from the company, from airport pick up till airport
drop off. I am solo traveler. This makes me feel safe in Kenya. Same for
other group member. A couple was taking a coach to Mombasa on the
roadside when the trip finished and we were back to Nairobi. Our driver
Kimani stayed with them and made sure they got to the correct bus before
we left. Very happy and lucky to have kimani as our driver. He is
humorous, sharing us many animal stories and his experience, brought
lots fun to the trip. He is also very caring, ensure everyone is good
during the trip. Foods are fresh and tasty. At least better than what I
cooked at home :). The price is really budget. the 6-day budget safari
is $700, while total entrance fee paid to national parks is $400. It
means remaining $300 cover everything from transportation, food,
accommodation, driver's salary, cooker's salary..etc. Yet they still
provide such great service! I will definitely recommend Trip Ad visor
Africa Safaris.

Lies lies lies- false promises and overpriced
Promised amazing accommodation totally private Safari . Originally priced competitively but when Seth received his payment the details changed . Different accommodation outside of the reserve instead of inside as agreed. Then charged even more for accommodation he originally stated was inferior . Which we paid because we couldn’t trust him anymore but we had already paid a lot and money to this con artist. Told me balloon Safari was private, wasn’t . Changed our dates of balloon without our consent after we arrived having previously stated we couldn’t have money back as already booked and paid for. After our Safari we travelled back to Nairobi and heard many more stories about this company but that is for other travellers to comment. There are so many genuine companies out there don’t use this one

Posted on Feb 4, 2020Hi Andy,
Thank you you very much for your review, to be honest what your saying is not correct and please stop misleading other guest who want to see this beautiful country,we promise to take you to mara serena lodge but due to Natural calamities, ( Talek river which destroy talek bridge a day to your safari due to prolong heavy rain ,the Land cruiser could't manage to pass,it was even in the daily nation magazine where most of the guest ware airlifted from Masai Mara to Nairobi) due to this we came up with giving you Ashnli mara luxury mara camp https://www.ashnilhotels.com/mara/ same standard, your safari was private with the exception of hot Air balloon .
We are sorry if we did not meet your expectation, but remember things like natural calamities no human being have control over the

4 day (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) - standard tented safari
Most of things was like they promised.
They meet me at the hotel day before for payments. Next day they pick me up from the hotel (car was 40min late).
4 day tented safari:
- Tarangire. First there was agreement about visiting Lake Manyara NP, but they changed "because most animas migrated to Tarangire", I don't know if that was true, but there was a lot of animals in Tarangire. Night in OK fenced camping site near Lake Manyara.
- Serengeti - not so much animals because of tjhe season (guide sad that most of wildebeest have migrated to Masai Mara). Night in tents in very basic camp inside Serengeti.
- Ngorongoro - more animals than in Serengeti. Night in tents in very basic camp on the rim of Ngorongoro crater. NB! there is cold in camp (+5-10 Celsius at night) and in also in crater before noon.
Our driver Estomi was helpful, drove carefully. Car was old but clean. One day it was broken, and our group was divided between two other cars for half day.
Food and lunchboxes were average.
Company used different cars (6 and 8 seats) and mixed groups between cars. In our car there was from 3 to 8 persons during the game drive.
In conclusion it was good tour for its money.
