"Reliable, well informed"
5/5

We had the best time ever. It was a great trip! Everything went according to plan and we couldn't be more satisfied about the Trip Advisor Africa Safari.
The free upgrade from a van to a Land Rover was super important and made the difference during the Safari days.
Our driver Charles was really kind, polite and ready to help, well informed and tireless
The 3 days we spent In the Safari is probably one of the main reasons that we had such a great time and we will have such great memories from Kenya.
I highly recommend Trip Advisor Africa Safari for the future.

Excellent in Planning
5/5

i had a plan climbing mount Kenya during my summer holiday. I came cross many companies on the internet but i settled on this company. I commend them for the great planning especially their guide Vincent who help in in planning my Safaris and making sure that I enjoy the mountain safaris. I'm planning to take another safaris with them mostly Masai Mara that they suggested and I really love the package. The team are friendly and able to allow correction which to me I think is positive.

African Safari Dream Come True With Seth Vincent
5/5

Hi
I just returned to California from 13 days African Safaris in Kenya and Tanazania including Zanzibar.
I spent August 2019 in Africa and a week in Germany on my way back to the US.
I had a dream vacation.
I was picked from Nairobi airport by Eric, a kind fluent English speaking guide and was brought to the fanciest
hotel you can imagine namely Sarova Stanley where I met Seth.
Seth is the organizer who arranges different guides for different activities and countries.
Eric was with me in Nairobi for the elephant rescue center, giraffe center and Tribes of Africa experience.
Another Guide, intelligent, fluent English speaking and kind by the name Morris drove me to dream places
including Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and Lake Naviasha.
Upon crossing to the Tanzanian border I was picked by Sam Biagga. I enjoyed the company of a college educated,
kind hearted guide who even invited me for dinner at his house in Arusha Tanzania. Sam took me through the Seregenti
to Lake Maynara and to Arusha. Every question about wildlife was answered with thorough knowledge.
The selection of places and activities was excellent. I saw the Big 5 , wildebeest migration and much more.
In each border crossing and each airport the guides were waiting for me upon arrival.
Seth was monitoring each step of my trip and talked to me through whatsapp routinely to make sure everything is allright.
All the lodges and hotels were of top quality. Even in the middle of the Seregenti, surrounded by baboons and hyenas, the
lodge had electricity and wifi as Seth promised as I needed electricity for my CPAP breathing machine.
Each advice that Seth gave me came true: I went to Kruger in South Africa to see another safari. Though I do not regret visiting
South Africa and Kruger is an experience by itself, yet like Seth told me you can see all the wild life you desire in Kenya/Tanzania
and there is no need to go to South Africa.
Seth told me in Nairobi how much cash to prepare for tips and casuals. I did not listen and ended up wasting time on unnecessary trips to ATMs.
In my view Seth can arrange a dream safari/vacation for you for your money. He knows the travel business inside out. He knows to hire/contract the highest quality tour guides. He cares about you.

Before my trip people asked me in California: "What you are not afraid to go to Africa by yourself?"
Now Africa is big, but in Kenya and Tanzania you will enjoy hospitality, English speaking population and you are in countries
that respect tourism as it is so crucial to their economies.
Also if you are afraid that you will wire money to an operator on SafariBookings and you will become a victim to a scam, it
is very unlikely to happen. My Tanzanian guide explained to me that operators who appear on safaribookings are tightly licensed and
regulated by the governments of Tanzania and Kenya.

To conclude: Trust Seth Vincent and you will have a great vacation

Safe Travels

Akuna Matata. Perfect trip with a perfect guide.
5/5

Our stay in Kenia and Tanzania was an unforgettable experience. We took ride games in Amboseli, Massai Mara, Nukuru, Serengetti and Ngorogoro. Seth prepared every single thing we asked for in a very careful way and was always in touch with us so that the trip was perfect. Allan, our driver and guide, was nice, helpful and did every possible thing so that we were comfortable and could see all the animals possible. He even prepared a few unforgetful "surprises" and dealt with all of them very efficiently. We saw leopards, lions, buffalos, rhinos, hippos, elephants, zebras, and many more mammals and birds. He gave us all sorts of explanations and looked after us as if we were his family. I'm sure we couldn't find a better one. Kalvin, the cook, was also very supportive and looked after one member of our group when he was not feeling well. The driver in Tanzania, Goody, was also excellent. He did every single thing we asked for. He was an expert on safaris and helped us reached all sites we look for. He explained to us all the mammals characteristics, their habits, etc. The cook, also named Goody, was really really good. I'm sure he has taken a lot of cooking courses as he surprised us with delicious meals. He did his best to cook what we liked (banana cake, quiche, and many delicatessen).
In short, we could not have a better stay. Thanks Seth, Allan, Goody, Goody and Kalvin. You are a great team.

Truly amazing experience
5/5

We booked a 3 night 4 day safari which started in Tarangire, then through the Serengeti and ending up in Ngorongoro Crater - it was a budget camping safari. The safari itself was amazing, would 100% recommend. The camping was certainly an experience we won’t forgot, being woke up in the night by howling hyenas and grazing buffalo. We saw every animal and bird imaginable, including all the big five, and even got to visit a Masai village. Seth the tour operator was helpful, he organised the trip, he responded to all emails quickly. Seth is an agent and it will be a different company that you will have the actual safari with but this isn’t a problem. We went with big five voyager - our guide and chef were great! The balance we paid on the morning of the safari was 150 usd more than what Seth said it would be however we didn’t really mind as we still paid under the market rate for this type of safari. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Seth again. All in all great experience.

We booked our toor on a very short notice but all was ready as we wanted it to be, nicely received in the airport, friendly people running our tour , driver, cook,, good vehicle, well managed program until we were sent back to airport on time to catch our flight onwards.
Going back we had no complains, only good memories, and desire to do it again.

The day later my safari started masai Mara and lake nakuru. It was like a dream. Vincent is a great person and he has done everything to be my safari SPECIAL!!!!

Lovely Safari with some minor problems
5/5

I did a Safari with TripAdvisor Africa in August 2018. The safari included one day in Tarangire, two days in the Serengeti and one day in the Ngorongoro Crater. I got the contact details from the Tour operator, who always tried to help me through the problems who occured during the trip. The Tour operator is placed in Nairobi and has an operator in Arusha. The operator in Arusha was SafariBookEvolution. I can just advice you to tell the operator, not to use this guy. The first problem was he was not picking me up at the airport. I took a taxi instead which was quite expensive. TripAdvisorAfrica refunded that taxidrive in the end. The pick up for my travelmate did not work as well, even if I had telephone contact to the nairobi office. The operator in Arusha was out of control...
The morning the safari was taking place we were carried to an athiopian coffee where some people were sitting. The operator from arusha did not say hello and he was sitting at the neighbortable all the time. When he came to us he was offending and wanted to see the money right at the beginning. I told him, thta I do not do that and them he was telling me that I can go away. I kept cool and when I saw the safari car everything was fine. I guess Tripadvisorafrica quitted the contract with that operator afterwards. I was still able to stay in contact with them all the time, which gave me a better feeling. The safari itself was super great, we saw many animals and we had the best driver ever. Thanks brutus. The cook was great and the tents were in a good shape. The car was cleaned before the safari and I felt way better when we let that guy from safaribookevolution behind us.
After the safari the transport failed as well, but that was obviously and we were already prepared. We also got a refund for that.
In conclusion I already recommend that company two times. They are always there for you, you can stay in contact and they are thrusty. If something failes, they will refund you with the whole amount of money and they are paying the fees for the bank as well.
I was unlucky with my operator in arusha, but I would book with tripadvisorafrica again, but I would ask him to choose another operator in arusha instead of safaribookevolution.

Incredible time with tour guide! Great food! Everything was perfect.
5/5

The communications for the safari were not too good. I was never sent a packing list or a confirmation document about being picked up from the airport but everything else was absolutely. The tour lived up the the exceptations and the food was good. If you are comfortable with camping in a tent, this is the perfect tour! Still can’t believe what an amazing time we had! Our guide was incredible and worked hard to find all the animals we wanted to see.
