Friendly, efficient, attentive and very responsive to queries.
Right from the outset, Ihani was easy to contact, helpful and friendly. She was flexible and able to change our arrangements and suggest alternatives when needed. When we arrived in Maun at both ends of our safari she (and her very friendly family!) was there to meet us and to ensure that we felt looked after and to help us with our many questions and to assist us with the arrangements and where to go.
My one issue with Fine Bush Tours was that payment could only be made in advance by direct bank transfer. Although this worked well, it takes a lot of trust to send a large amount of money across the world to a small company in this way. I would hope that credit card payments could be accepted in the near future, to give a level of security.

Incredible. Ihani took care of everything for us from flight to transfers.
Working with Fine Bush Tours was top-notch. We visited three lodges, and the entire trip gave us a broad and rich experience of the Okavango Delta. The trip was beyond my wildest dreams. The lodges, food, and staff were incredible. We always felt that we were in the know with all the details regarding the trip and safari. We saw every animal that was on our list and then some. The entire experience was organized with complete precision. I can't recommend this experience and company enough. Although beware, once you go to the Okavango Delta, you will spend your life missing the Okavango Delta! Thank you, Ihani for an incredible trip!

Amazing ✨
Used Fine Bush for my first delta experience in 2020 for Qorokwe and I was hooked. Had to have them arrange another experience for December 2021 and I was mind blown still.

She knows the business whole heartedly with excellent customer service
Booked in Qorokwe camp for the weekend through Fine Bush Tours. Had the best experience since we booked during covid, with lot of movement restrictions. The agent made sure she shared all updates with us. The agent advised we travelled by road through the park to the lodge to experience nature at its fullest. The camp layout and rooms are magnificent, with an abundance of game at the waterhole in front of camp right through the day and night.
The food is the best again, that we have had at any Classis camp, thanks to the innovative, always new amazing recipes.
Game viewing with our great guide, Tsabo, was excellent.
The whole experience was value for money.
Fine bush tours arrange a private chopper for us when we left the Camp. The scenic experience was out of the world.

I had a great experience with Fine Bush Tours. They had great suggestions for vacationing for a great experience in the Okavango Delta. The trip was seamless, from the constant communication offering updates to organizing parking space for our vehicle at the airport. There were no delays at the airport which made the travel enjoyable. I must say we had an awesome vacation all thanks to Fine Bush Tours. They have become my go to travel agent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a very reliable travel agency.

A wonderful trip.
I contacted Fine Bush Tours because I wanted to use a local tour operator, and not a big international one. We got a very good deal, and had a memorable holiday. When we landed in Maun, Ihani was there. She had made arrangements for us to leave our big suitcases with a tour operator so that we could travel light when we took our small plane to the Delta. Those little touches make a difference .Our camp was excellent and we really enjoyed the part of the trip organized by FBT.
