Greatest experience, company & guide in East Africa, the opinion of a professional world traveler
I solo travel full time and understand the importance of hiring someone with experience so that I can maximize my learning in my cultural adventures. The tours at Gorilla Bookings are made to be the best experiences that you can possibly get according to your budget and time allowance. When traveling in Africa communication is usually the most difficult part, with dramatic time differences and things usually working on "African Time." This just isn't the case with Justus, the man that handled all my communications, sometime immediately answering my ridiculous questions at 3,4,5 in the morning his time. I was impressed before i even arrived. This trip changed the fabric of me, and that was mostly due to the greatest guide in East Africa named Charles. Charles was my companion, guide, teacher and after a few days life long friend. he has been the single best guide i have had on any continent, in any of the 50+ countries i have visited. I will never go back to East Africa without him. All involved are the rockstars of the wonderful tourism industry in East Africa. I would never book with anyone else, or recommend otherwise.

I and my wife had a wonderful and excellent holiday in Uganda with Gorilla Bookings company. unbelievably Justus was answering all our emails in a minute and this was best way to plan our holiday. our field driver Moses was professional and answered all our questions plus much more we didn't know about Uganda, wildlife, culture and took us to meet locals. the gorilla trek was a long waited activity that we had dreamt about for many years.
I can only recognize and recommend all travelers to contact gorilla bookings for Uganda / Rwanda holiday trip.

Exceptional Tours and Service!
It was absolutely amazing from when I first step foot in Uganda until the very end. Justus and Moses took great care of me, from answering any and all questions through email prior to me getting there, to the beautiful and picturesque drive from Entebbe to Bwindi and everything in between. This is hands down my favorite trip and tour to see those magnificent gorillas in their own habitat in the incomparable Uganda. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating I couldn’t ask for anything more. It is a trip of a lifetime and if your on the fence about it just go.

Flawless trip organisation with excellent service throughout!
Just visited Uganda to take my wife to see the gorillas (and chimps) as a birthday treat. A little apprehensive when first booking with these guys as I knew nothing of them. All correspondence was answered instantly with suggestions on how I could improve my proposed itinerary which only made our experience better. Desire dealt with all trip administration in a very efficient manner. Payment was made using a secure method which built my confidence with balance on arrival. Moses was our guide; friendly, safe, knowledgeable and keen to ensure we gained the most from our visit - even met his dad in passing!! Lodges were of a high standard. Views were amazing and time with the gorillas and chimps is impossible to describe - just amazing! The chimps even came to see us on the track after failing to find them in the forest during our 3-hour trek which meant we had return with the ranger - no questions or quibbles, Moses an£ the ranger were just as excited as we were! Overall an outstanding experience with a very well run company. If in doubt, drop them an e-mail and take a holiday of a lifetim3 to a country you will simply adore. I will do it all again with these guys next year!

Excellent service and a really flexible organization and a really skilled driver and guide.
Really good experience in our contacts with the company before our 5-daystrip to Bwindi and easy to get in touch with the company when needed. Our expectations were high about our trip and everything was even better. The gorilla safari, the safari in Queen Elisabeth National Park gave us so much more knowledge about what Uganda could offer and the lodges were fantastic stays, in Bwindi Gorilla Misty Camp and in the QE National Park Enganzi Game Lodge.
On top of everything we had a driver and a guide, Charles, that made the trip moore than just a safari, he really cared about us all the time and gave us much more than just being a driver. A really good representant for the company and for the tourism in Uganda.
To summarise, a fantastic trip with a professional driver and a trusthful company.

Best company and Beautiful country
We just finished our group tour of 4persons for 10dayz, and honestly every body was happy during the trip.
The car was clean, drivers are professional and hotel choice was perfect with best views from dinning places. sometimes monkeys would come closer to the restuarant during breakfast time.
Justus delivered all the promises and everyone was amazed of gorilla trekking and lastly we had a grand coctail dinner at hotel in entebbe area before our departure.
The company is reliable and locally owned true Ugandans. You guys just made it "10/10"

Passionate and friendly people, once in a lifetime trip!
Gorilla Bookings went out of their way to ensure I had an enjoyable trip. Given how reasonable the price was I didn't expect to have my own car and private guides. My guide Charles and a trainee guide called Alan were fantastic and really made the trip special for me. Charles was very flexible with the trip and chatted to me about what I wanted to see and do and went out of his way to ensure that my expectations were met. I chose the budget accommodation option and was worried about what sort of hotels we would stay in. I have to admit all the hotels were stunning, they were very clean and comfortable and well above what I was expecting.
