Can’t miss experience
I was very nervous to book what I considered such an expensive trip online, but everything was great. I usually travel alone and find my own way, but for a first trip to Africa,it was the right choice to book a tour. I booked as a single and was alone with my driver the whole time, which was ideal for me. Every hotel stayed at was spectacular, beyond my expectations. The tour was outsourced to another company, which on arrival was a disappointment, because I booked this company intentionally, but I ended up with E-Pronto and Eddy went out of his way to make sure I had a spectacular trip.

Gorilla Safari in Uganda and Genocide museum in Kigali
I really enjoyed the Tour organized by Gorilla Bookings. The rate is quite high, but the services have lived up to expectations, both for the gorillas safari, as well as the visit of the country where there is still passage to Rwanda to visit the Genocide Museum in Kigali.
I especially keep an incredible memory of Meddy, driver, guide ... became a friend. A real encounter that is warm in the heart! To recommend !
Gorilla track Uganda
My mother and me went to see the Gorilla's in June. It was truly an amazing experience, something we will never forget. Partly this experience was so good due to the great organization of Gorilla bookings and the good company of our tour-guide Ben. They arranged literally everything for us, so we did not have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the beautiful country of Uganda.
This trip has been a blast and I can strongly advise everyone to book with this company. They make your trip very easy.

Very good experience.
I think the trip was excellent. And the attention from the online guys was good until.......
It was awkward for all of us when Jimmy was informed by office - this, half-way to Queen Elizabeth Park - that I needed to pay the rest of the fee before we proceeded . However, I hadn't receive a email reminder, and as I had booked some months previously, I finally figured out that I really hadn't.
So, we had to do several bank withdrawals along the way, on separate days, in order to fix this. I expect one of the online guys forgot to send the reminder, just like I forgot I needed to pay it. (Sorry guy(s) , I'm sure neither of us did this intentionally).
I would definitely recommend a trip with Safari Bookings
But it was solved and I definitely would recommend the trip.

Fantastic Trip to The National Parks, plus Chimpanzee and Gorilla Trekking
The service from Justus for the booking and assistance with Visa's, hotel reservations on arrival and departure from Entebbe and flights from Southern Uganda back to Entebbe was great. Jimmy was our driver/guide and he was very knowledgeable, helped us with everything we needed. He came up with some surprise stops including a walk with the Rhino's at a rehabilitation centre on the way to Murchison falls National Park. Would recommend Gorilla Bookings to travellers

A local business working hard to promote their country, its people and precious wildlife.
We wanted to support a local business and were rewarded with our decision. Justus (the owner) was very caring, answering our questions and offering advice. Our driver (also called Justus) was a very polite, local young man, perfectly familiar with the roads, the customs and was an immense help to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Gorilla Bookings Uganda.

I highly recommend a tour with Gorilla Bookings Uganda. The country is beautiful, safe, people are kind and the nature is amazing. Everything was very well planned and perfectly executed. Our driver, Justus, drove safely and did everything to make us happy. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the adventure of a lifetime. I do not rule out that we will visit Uganda again in the future. Of course with Gorilla Bookings Uganda :)

Puik ervaring!! Ernstige, georganiseerde en baie betroubare maatskappy.
It was a great trip, everything planned was fulfilled. Communication with his owner (Justus) was very fluid from the beginning, he was always attentive and willing to clarify my doubts, despite not speaking the same language.
Special mention for the guide (Keneth) a great person, he spoke very good Spanish and very professional.
The accommodations included were all very good as was the food.
Uganda is 'n pragtige land, met baie plekke wat die moeite werd is om te besoek, dis baie vriendelike en glimlaggende mense ...jy kan nie mis om die gorillas te besoek nie...wonderlik!!
