An Unforgettable Safari with African Mosaic Tours
After going on an amazing trip with African Mosaic Tours to Tsavo West and East, Amboseli, and Taita Hills with my wife, we're still in awe. Omar, our guide and driver, was fantastic, and we want to give a big thanks to him for making our safari so special.
We also want to thank Max, the owner of the company, for putting together such a great experience. The places we stayed were memorable. Saltlick Lodge was truly amazing, offering an unforgettable safari experience. However, while the AA Amboseli Lodge was good, it didn't quite match up to the excellence of Saltlick.
Seeing the elephants in Amboseli with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background was breathtaking. And the landscapes of Tsavo were stunning.
Now that we're back home, we're filled with memories of Africa, thanks to African Mosaic Tours. We'd tell anyone looking for an unforgettable safari to go with them.

Unforgettable Kenyan Safari with African Mosaic Tours
Our safari in Kenya, arranged by African Mosaic Tours, was amazing. Max helped plan everything perfectly. Our driver, Omar, was fantastic! He drove safely on Kenya's tricky roads and kept us updated on our schedule so we didn't miss a thing. During our safari, Omar shared interesting facts about the animals we saw, making the experience even better.
We explored Tsavo East and West, Taita Hills, and stayed at Saltlick Lodge and AA Amboseli Lodge, where we had unforgettable nights. Overall, our safari with African Mosaic Tours was incredible. Omar's care and expertise made it truly special. We highly recommend them for an unforgettable safari adventure in Kenya.

Safari tour Amboseli and Tsabo
We were a group of 5 who decided to go on a 3-day safari tour. Everything went as expected and I must also say that sometimes even better than that! The lodges were great, both the installations and the food, and we got everthing explained by our guide during the safari. A great experience that I can truly recommend!!

Good choice!
If you want a safari these are the men for the job.
This safari was from Mombasa and we'd already had a safari from Nairobi earlier in the holiday with a different company where things had not gone according to plan and we were worried that this would be a repeat performance. We needn't have worried; this was a totally different experience and we quickly felt at ease and started to enjoy ourselves.
We opted for airport transfers and Max, the boss-man himself, was there waiting for us, with a big sheet of paper with our names on held high. We have often had problems of one sort or another with this type of meeting, but this time it was perfect.
On the day the safari began he was again already waiting for us when we came down to reception and introduced us to our driver & guide, Bashir. Bashir is a star. We saw and learned more than we had expected thanks to his comprehensive knowledge and helpfulness. The safari bus was in good order and he kept it clean & tidy, unlike some others we saw. Throughout the safari Bashir made sure we were well watered, well informed and as comfortable as possible, given the condition of the 'roads', and always seemed to know where the animals were to be found. We were always delivered to and collected from our overnight accommodation on time and it was always of the quality we had chosen, although there were a couple of substitutions - this is normal, and was explained early on in our booking.
Once again, on our departure, Max was waiting for us and we were taken to the airport in good time in the comfort of his personal car.
A safari is not something we'll be lucky enough to do again for a few years at least but when we do we'll be knocking on Max's door for sure.

Max was very interactive, helpful and respectful throughout all of our booking experience.
We were very nervous about booking a safari in Africa not knowing what would be good so we found African Mosaic Tours and found that the website looked interesting so contacted Max, from the day that contact was made he tailored a trip for our needs. We were picked up from the airport absolutely swift transfer to the hotel, he personally met us there to welcome us. Our driver for the 3 days was introduced and he was excellent, very respectful kept us upto date.
It was very unfortunate that our suitcases did not arrive which meant that we would have missed a day of the booked safari because we had to wait for them to be delivered to us, but again Max liaised with the airport adusted our booking so that we were able to go to the airport with the driver and then carry on to start our safari meaning we did not miss anything. We also had a car to ourselves so it was very private and comfortable but please ensure you ask Max if you want air conditioned etc so that can be arranged for you.
The safari itself in Savo was 3 days 2 different hotels and locations neither one was dissapointing, we saw 3 out of the 4 potential big 5 and it was sereal the toors are exactly as they are on the website and the hotels we were blown away as you are in the middle of the wild so whilst you are eating your dinner or in your room you are surrounded by Elephants, Zebra, Baboon and many more that are walking around but it is very safe as your hotel is on stilts.
I would recommend the tour operator and trip itself we found 3 days was enough because it is early days but we have already decided that we will be going back with the children and will book the masimara migration. Africa itself we loved the people the hospitality although there is poverty you are treated with such respect which encouraged us to give more than we would normally give as it was helping families/children and people work very hard for very little money.
Go and book we will be recommending this to everybody no complaints at all thank you Max.

Very informative and helpful guides
Picked us up in Mombasa, Diani Beach at 5am when arranged. Drove us to first lodge, which took about 4 hours, so arrange some breakfast. Booked into Salt Lick lodge and had lunch before first safari drive.
Lodge was wonderful and so was the driver. After early morning safari and breakfast drove to the second lodge a Natungi. Again the lodge was great. Would recommend 2 nights at Salt Lick.

Perfect Safari Tour
I did the 1-day safari from Diani Beach and the trip to Waisini and had a really good time. I always felt safe during my tours!
Special thanks to my driver Omar for driving so well and spotting my favorite wildlife animals during the safari. I definitely collected lots of memories that were worth the money!
Big thank you Max for the whole (spontaneous) organization and even making it possible to make the trips for a solo traveler ;)

Tsavo east 2 days
We did the 2-day tsavo east safari . From the office they found us a group to share the safari with, they informed us very well and solved our doubts by WhatsApp. They came to pick us up at the door of our accommodation in Diani. During the safari we saw giraffes, red elephants, antelopes, zebras, lions... an unforgettable experience, one of the best days of my life.
We were positively surprised by the lodge, the rooms with views of the elephants, the buffet.... amazing.
Special thanks to Julius, our driver, who made the experience even better, if possible. I recommend 100% the experience and I will repeat for sure!:)

Very well organised, extremely professional team giving the best safari experiences
From the very beginning, Max was prompt in his communication. He was very detailed and the entire trip went on exactly according to plan without any problem. We went to Masai Mara (staying at fig tree camp) , Lake nakuru park (staying at lake nakuru lodge) and Ol pejeta reserve (staying at Sweetwaters camp). All the hotels were inside the parks at very good locations. Our driver-guide Teddy was very knowledgeable about both the game drive trails and the wildlife. He was always eager to inform us about everything we saw. We saw almost every animal at very close range and the megaherd in migration. Teddy was even able to track the elusive leopard. We had direct interactions at giraffe center and with the rhinos at ol pejeta including Baraka the blind black rhino and Najin and Fatu the last living northern white rhinos. Overall it was truly the experience of a lifetime. I would advise everyone to do your trip with Max and African mosaic tours, you will be very happy.
