The tour of a lifetime!
African traits designed a safari that met our needs and provided us the comfort we desired. We ended up chartering into the park and starting the safari experience there. Our tour guide was responsible, ensured we were doing well, and safely took us in the parks. We could not have asked for a better guide. He was so knowledgeable too about not just the animals, but the environment, routes, and all the areas we visited. We never wondered or worried about a single thing. This was out third time into Serengeti and it was by far the best. The price charged for the whole tour was reasonable and we could not have asked for anything better.

So much more than I had ever imagined!
I had such an amazing trip. African Traits was with me every step of the way. We communicated for months before the big day. I was all kinds of worried about every little detail. Godfrey assured me he could take care of everything-- and he did! From being picked up at the airport, to being brought back three weeks later, there was always a hospitality professional right there to get me where I needed to go. My climb up Kilimanjaro was a once in a lifetime event. My guide and crew were totally awesome. They got me to the summit and down again, keeping my safe and very, very, well fed. The guide/driver who took us on safari was extremely knowledgeable and had the eyes of an eagle. He found every animal I wanted to see, and a whole bunch more. The accommodations on safari were so far above my expectations, I couldn't believe it. I recommend this company to everyone I meet.

Always there for us
Great communication before and during safari tour. Everything was safe. The airport changed our flight time, but thanks to African Trails we still managed to see what we wanted because they started the tour very early in the morning.
Our guide was also amazing, he gave us some information about the animals and the places we saw, he offered other places to visit on our way to accomodation. I'm happy we chose this safari tour company.

Amazing Safari:Great experience
My friend and I booked a 6 day private safari for (Tarangire, Serengeti , Ngorongoro) , everything was perfect: the organization, the logistics, Car and foods.
A very nice team, our guide Ricardo was so friendly and knowledgable, our dear cook that I want to thank for his great meals .
A very big thanks also to Godfrey for his special help and for his professionalism and for his smile It was pleasure to meet him.

We had a very impressive, best organised safari with African Traits.
Thank you very much to our guide/driver Baga and to our cook Jamal. They are a very good team. We saw a lot of animals, got very intersting informations and the food was delicious. We did a four-day-Camping-Safari and if you are used to do camping, its a good alternative to lodges.

Best first experience
We've been on 4 days safari tour with African Traits. This was our first time in African and thanks to this crew it was realy good experience. Theire were easy to contact with, prompty responsing and always willing to cooperate on terms of our needs.
Durring this time we've seen 3 different parks: Tarangiri, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We've choised to sleep in the tends which was amazing and different experience. We could feel the nature on 100%. That what we've been suprised with was, there always been kithen for the cook and place for running room separated. Showers and toiledes were clean in every camp we've been event in the middle of the Serengeti park.
The quide - Ricardo - was very experinced. He was able to answer for all our questions regarding animals, parks, and trip. He was doing what he could to show us lots of animals. The cook - Assumani - was the best cooke we could ever immagine. He has been suprising us every time he cooked. The food was delicious and more than suficient for us. DELICIOUS.
We highly reccomend this company to travel with. If you are small/big group IT doesn't matter you will always have fun with this guys.

Kili and safari personal package
AT managed to put together a personalised trip for us for both Kili and safari, working around our time frames and budget. Communication was clear and rapid and various questions were answered clearly.
While in Tanzania communication was clear and accurate. The guides were good, the food plentiful and tasty (with excellent fresh veges) and the support excellent.
AT also accommodated my 14 year old son professionally and carefully, particularly on the hill, excellent.
