Great safari with a great guide
We booked a 4 day safari and visited 4 national parks (Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater, Serengeti and lake Manyara). The communication with Nickson was easy and quick.
The first day, our driver Gudluck picked us up in Arusha. We headed to Tarangire, where we started the safari. Already during the first day, we saw lots of animals and some lions very close. We could watch a cheetah in hunting action.
In the next 2 days, we visited the Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti, where we spotted some cute baby animals and all of the big five (lion, elephant, black rhino, leopard, buffalo). The leopard was even very close to our car.
On the last day, we combined the departure to Arusha with a visit in lake Manyara with some monkeys and the rainforest.
The safari was very succesfull, also because of our guide Gudluck, who always knew where to find the animals and good spots. He is very reliable, polite and a pleasant person.
Because my travel companion gave a hint to Nickson, Nickson and Gudluck even organised a little surprise for my birthday at one of the lodges!
All in all, it was a great experience with a very good value for money. The lodges and accommodations were nice and the provided food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) very tasty. I would recommend!

Fascinating trip with Kitawa as an exzellent organized operator
During our safari we visited four nationalparks (Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater, Serengeti and Lake Manyara). Via WhatsApp we communicated to Nixon and were able to optimize the route for our needs. He answered always very quick and also gave us good recommendations for Lodges and accomodations.
On the first day, Our driver Gudluck picked us up at our Apartment in Arusha, and we headed towards tarangire. Gudluck knows the area and the animals very well and so we saw lots of animals already on the first day, for example a cheetah in hunting action.
The following day, we drove to the ngoronogro crater with its nice landscape. We spotted Baby Zebras and a rare black rhino. In the afternoon we drove to serengeti - our favourite nationalpark. We stayed here for two nights in two beautiful lodges. Here we saw many baby animals ( giraffe, lions..) and even a leopard in the afternoon close to our car. Gudluck always knew the best places.
On the last day, we combined our return to Arusha with a visit at Lake Manyara, with its Monkeys and rainforest Like Environment.
We really enjoied our stay in the different lodges and the provided breakfast, lunch and Dinner was very tasty.
We can highly recommend booking a tour with this operator and Gudluck!

Great and smooth experience packed with exciting game drives and scenic views.
Had an amazing time on a 10-day safari through Kenya and Tanzania. Our tour guides Gordon and Goodluck were very personable and knowledgeable and truly made it an incredible experience. On game drives it felt like they knew exactly where to go to get perfect views of the wildlife and got to see all of the Big 5 and much more. Lodging/food was all great and smoothly planned out. All around awesome experience, highly recommend.

From start to finish, good people with good vibes and excellent value.
We started in Kenya and traversed the region and into Tanzania. Whatever apprehension you have about coming , take a breath and then book: you won’t regret it. From reconnecting with nature, disconnecting from your phones, removing the “go go!” Nature from you and allowing you to be a human again. We’ve had an amazing time seeing the nature, the animals, the people, the smiles, the waves. The food has been fantastic, the weather delightful and the animals seemingly waiting for us to see them. Our guides, Gordon in Kenya and Good Luck in Tanzania were exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Kitawa tours, and also highly recommend the hot air balloon in the Serengeti.

It was a perfect Safari
We chose the 4 day Safari. The booking process and the Communication started absolutely nice an uncomplicated. Wegen there were any questions legt, Nixon answered quickly.
The accomandations, the catering and our Guide had eben absolutly amazing.
When we will do another safsri, we will Book it with kitawa again.

Excelent support and very careful drivers!
Me and my wife just did a safari in August with Kitawa. They were great since the booking process (we asked for a hotel change). Nixon was very friendly and helpful when we had to do a minor change in the booking.
The safari was well organized and our two guides (Kevin and Idrissa) were very friendly, knowledgeable and drive very carefully!

Highly highly recommend booking with Nickson !
I ended up in Tanzania with my group and we had some free time so we decided to see if it was possible to book a safari. We booked literally the day before, and Nickson and his team were an absolute delight to work with. They were so kind and flexible and helped us plan our last minute excursion. A fabulous experience
I found out about kitawa thanks to a friend recommandation.
I would also recommend kitawa !
Everything was perfect, from the beginning of the trip to the last minutes.
Kitawa managed to build a trip taking into account the places we wanted to visit and our budget. The price of the safari was then, by far, the most affordable compare to other operators.
We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara. Our guide and driver were very friendly and knew perfectly the sites.
Hotel and Camp was very nice and confortable.
