AST knows what you want!
We have been traveling for 3 weeks through South Africa, Mozambique and Swaziland. Since we had never been to Africa, we asked Tanja from African Savanna Travel for travel advice.
She put a beautiful and diverse program together for us, we slept in the most beautiful locations. In Mozambique we dived in 2 places. During this unforgettable trip, we were able to see the most beautiful animals both above and under water. Thanks to AST and Tanja!

We zijn 3 weken op reis geweest door Zuid-Afrika, Mozambique en Swaziland. Aangezien wij nog nooit in Afrika geweest waren, hebben wij reisadvies gevraagd aan Tanja van African Savanna Travel.
Zij heeft een mooi en divers programma voor ons samengesteld, we sliepen op de prachtigste locaties. In Mozambique hebben we op 2 plekken gedoken. Tijdens deze onvergetelijke reis hebben we zowel boven als onder water de mooiste dieren mogen zien. Dankzij AST en Tanja!

Extremely Responsive and Detailed Oriented
My family was very thankful for making this a very memorable holiday. A lot was squeezed into a 7/8 day trip to South Africa (Capetown, safari, hazyview), but we never felt rushed so there was a lot of downtime as well. The details on pick ups, drops, handoffs etc were extremely well coordinated and planned. We had a last minute plan disruption with road closures in capetown due to a cycling race, but Tanja/Rubu quickly coordinated with the tour operator and helped make changes to work around the road closures as well. Highlights were Machiel tour guide in Cape town, who really went out of his way to show us everything he could - passionate guy, loved his energy. And similarly Leo our Safari guide in Umbkumbe.

The best trip we ever did, with the best possible support from Tanja and her team
We already had our ideas where in Botswana we wanted to go on our self-drive safari. Tanja supported us in order to optimize our route and planed and organised everything to perfection. In this way, we had no worries and could enjoy the wonderful nature and people of Botswana.
Our trip started in Kasane, had a daytrip to Victoria Falls, with various stops at Chobe, Linyanti, Savuti, Moremi, Kalahari and Pilandsberg.
Even for our last minute changes in Johannesburg she could arrange a perfect short tour through Soweto. Thank you again and we hope to come back soon.

A lot of knowledge with a very warm personality! 5 Stars!
I have been looking forward to a trip through SA with my 4 children for a long time. Tanja has converted all my wishes into a beautiful program. It had to be a holiday where my teenagers would not miss the WiFi... Nature, animals, coast, city, and also activities. We traveled from Johannesburg via Lowveld, Sabi Sand, Hazyview. Mlilwane, St Lucia Umdloti to Cape Town.
We enjoyed it so much and Tanja was also accessible and very helpful along the way.
It was a once in your lifetime trip, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Tanja, thank you so much!
