Considerable and Helpful
Charles is a good guide indeed. He tries hard to trace the animals and is always energetic during the tour. The accommodation chosen by the agency is also great, with nice environment and delicious food.

This operator takes punctuality seriously. He came on time for all our events
Our tour guide was very conversant with the roads, lodges and very knowledgeable about tracking where the animals were. We saw four of the big five. The driver was very friendly and always ready to help us.
