My family and I started planning our trip to South Africa, Victoria Falls and Botswana a year in advance. We booked a self drive tour to Namibia and we got all the help we needed to navigate our way through the Namibian desert from African Travel Consultants. Superior service!
There are so many nice things to say about the offer can travel consultants! I’ve already referred a couple friends to use this company for their honeymoon. Andy was wonderful and invested in our trip from day one. We started planning a few months in advance, and he made sure we got everything we wanted on our itinerary. This included three different Safari lodges, one at Sabi Sands (world class five star experience) and two at Kruger national park, hamiltons tented camp and hoyo hoyo we’re our favorites. The quality of stay, staff, luxury treatment and experience were all wonderful. The exposure to the wildlife was incredible! Furthermore, all our stays were beautiful, and curated for our honeymoon. In Cape Town, we stayed at a nice five star hotel with access to the Victoria Alfred Waterfront. The transportation service was wonderful, as the private shuttles picked us up on time for our tours every morning and Andy planned it all. You can count on Andy to get the job done. While planning, he had some tough workarounds and came through every time in a professional, personable manner and was successful at troubleshooting any issues. The itinerary had a little bit of everything and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much African Travel Consultants!

Great 12 day trip, Outstanding Service!
We took a seven week around the world luxury trip. I did most of the planning but when it came to southern Africa, it is pretty difficult. I can’t remember how I came across African travel consultants and Saidy, But the service has been excellent. It’s quite expensive to do a safari, Saidy Really helped us get the most luxury for the best price, I appreciated his help to work with our own budget.
We based ourselves out of Johannesburg and did a four-day trip to Victoria falls. The hotel was OK but You are really never in your hotel as the trip to vic falls, is one big adventure. We did the sunset cruise twice, the day trip to Chobe, The tour of Victoria falls and The white water rafting trip. All were excellent. We then stayed at Kambaku river sands In the Timbavati reserve for Safari and it was outstanding. Great food great wine, luxurious accommodations, and excellent trackers. The whole 12 days went off without a hitch, thanks much to Saidy Monitoring our progress and Was very responsive. When i picked African travel consultants, I was a little apprehensive at first, Given the Few reviews, but they provided references in the US that checked out and having done now this trip, I would definitely agree with those other guests, This is a top-notch organization.

South African Safari
Excellent experience, the whole trip flowed smoothly. I stayed a week at 3 game lodges which were absolutely stunning. The booking process was extremely easy and as far as value for money, I thought it was very good. Wildlife viewing was excellent and we easily found the big five as well as many other animals. Don’t think about it, just do it!

Helpful, courteous, accurate with information. Responded quickly to questions
We had a great time. The resort was clean, staff were helpful, courteous. We didn't feel pressured to provide gratuities even though we did and wanted to, but the staff never suggested or asked which we appreciated. The safari guide, Dan, was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the game, the habitat and the environment. He really made an effort to provide us with an exceptional experience. Dinners and meals were excellent, very delicious. Portions could have been slightly bigger, but that was just me. One thing that would be nice is to see more of the local craft beers on the menus. Usually its just the big labels such as Black Label or Castle. But the craft beer market is so much more interesting. The prices are higher, but that is to be expected. Im just saying, you provide a unique and craft experience, so why not compliment it with other local craft products? Anvil brewery in Dullstroom for example is excellent and has a nice variety of beers. Anyways, just an idea.
