Amazing support from ATC
Got in touch with ATC online for our trip to South Africa. Andy (Our consultant) was super helpful.He understood our requirements and worked out the best possible options for us. He was patient to answer all our queries and was very honest with his opinions. The safari was amazing and the lodge was super comfortable as well. Would highly recommend using them for your south Africa trip

I am a travel agent in Atlanta. This was my second experience in dealing with this company. Back again after a seemless first experience. This time 21 passengers (executives) with many moving parts to say the least. Andy managed to stay one step ahead at all times. Incredible communication and response time. Andy was an amazing travel consultant. Everything I needed to know, he was happy to provide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the lodges, the wild life, transfers into and out of Kruger NP, etc. Not only Andy simplified the selection process. Once I reached the game reserve, the safari, experience exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Andy and Sabi Sands Lodges on getting me the perfect Safari experience from the first time around.

Unforgettable experience!
Communication is the most easy aspect. I have direct contact with Mr. Saidy who always answers my calls and attends to all my queries in a timely manner. The prices were fair and when we wanted to amend our itinerary, Andy made the procedure extremely stress free and comfortable. BBT Conference Mauritius 2018
Andy arranged our hotel accommodation and press room for the delegation travelling from Europe and Africa to Mauritius. He was efficient and understood our needs in terms of distance to the conference venue and hotel. He exceeded our expectations in terms of what the group required. We would not hesitate to recommend African Travel Consultants as they understood our needs and more than delivered. The tour of the island was a fantastic.

Andy was professional in his approach and very prompt in his resons time
I got a good and responsive service for booking the hotels. However, for booking at Sun city, I wasn't informed that the swimming pool was under renovation. I chose this expensive hotel over others in Sun city mainly to have a quieter and cleanet private pool. Also for the booking at Mjejane river lodge. I wasnt informed that we would have to pay additional charges for entry to Kruger Park at R250pp. We paid R1000 additionally. Also the transparency was not clear in the billing for Mjejane boarding and transport costs.

Very good value for money and wonderful service by ATC
We are very happy with the service and accommodation provided by African Travel Consultants. Booking process was smooth and everything was delivered as was promised. We booked 3 nights at Buffalo camp which was beautiful and intimate.
