Exceptional
For over a year I’ve been planning my trip to Kenya and Kennedy have worked with me tirelessly and effortlessly to ensure I had an amazing time. Kennedy was always there to answer any questions I need no matter what time of the day it was. He went above and beyond in ensuring I had all the proper details. Communication was by far the best I’ve ever experienced with any agency. Time management was even more impeccable. Kennedy and his team was always early not once have we had to wait for them. Professionalism was superb. One of my group member forgot something at the camp and Kennedy ensure it was retrieved and handed to us before we depart Kenya. That act of generosity spoke volume and for that I look forward in doing future tours with company. Our Driver John was an amazing tour guide he ensure we had the best experience on our game. He was extremely knowledgeable and fun. They made us felt not like a business transaction but most importantly A FAMILY.

Unforgettable trip
We had a four days trip to Kenya and thanks to and thanks to african Safari we had an amazing time. It was really good compare to the amount we paid. The camp was like a dream place, our tour guide was very professional and caring. We really felt safe.

Such a great person
I booked with them just by sending 200$ first, and they came to pick us up in Giraffe Manor. From there, I have to say, that was one of the best experiences in my life. I will come back there, hopefully next year, with a group of people which I already have made plans ahhaaahha. I am very happy with their services, and very happy to meet great african people. .

Very professional and caring team right from the start till the end of the trip
We had a great experience during our trip to Kenya..Kennedy our tour operator and Lawi our driver took care of everything during it trip from the start till end. They were very professional and caring. The trip was reasonably priced as well.

Professional, quick to respond, listen to customer need
Kennedy was amazing!
He was responsive, quick to reply to email/whatsapp, and listening to us. We changed our program multiple times and he was always willing to adjust, recommend. He was flexible with cancellation/payment terms which was a great plus in COVID time. Such a stressfree booking experience.
He personally welcomed us at the airport before leaving us with our driver John who stayed with us for the rest of the trip. John was a smooth and flexible driver, very knowledgable about the park and its animals. He always had an annecdot or a joke to tell us. Worth mentioning that we had a private 4x4 car and had no problems on the road, not like other agency that offer minibus options and get stuck in the mud (we saw plenty)
I would highly recommend Kennedy if you want a professional, smooth, out of this world experience

Simply amazing!
We had the most amazing family trip to Kenya! From start to finish Kennedy made sure all details were taken care of for us. His choices in the Masai Mara and Diani Beach exceeded our expectations. The tents, food, staff, and beach house were more then we could have asked for. John was an excellent tour guide and made sure we saw as many animals as possible. We highly recommend the services of African Challenge Safaris.

Long drives but the views, the animals, the food and the care provided for you is 10/10
We had the best experience ever! Kennedy was a great host, he helped us all the way starting with visa application and finishing with booking us covid tests before departure.
The journey was very comfortable with our huge land cruiser and amazing driver Johnson. Johnson was very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful all the way insuring we've got the best possible experience!
The hotels we stayed at in Masai Mara and Amboseli were also fantastic. Great rooms, amazing views, delicious food, helpful staff and friendly people everywhere!
In addition this was a custom tour we wanted and Kennedy arranged it to our wishes, definitely recommending anyone who wants a great, custom experience.
We'll definitely book again, 11/10 !

Professional, reliable, dedicated felt like family
This was by far one of the best safaris I have undertaken with my family (wife, kids 8 and 10 along with my father in law). Kennedy was professional and handled every minute detail like a through professional, we were treated to the best Kenyan hospitality. Places recommended and booked by Kennedy perfectly fitted our expectations and budget the itinerary was perfect and well layed out. The kids, wife and grandpa loved the trip and the details of the planning.
Look forward to planning another safari with other family members soon with Kennedy and his gold class team.
The silver lining in the Covid cloud for 2020 for me and my family was this beautiful trip planned by Kennedy.

Felt like family home away from home experience!!!
Traveled with my family kids age 10 and 8 along with my wife and father in law ... Kennedy our tour organizer and Johnstone our driver/ guide were magnificent . Kennedy took care of all the details and left no stone unturned to make this trip a memorable one for me and my family he made us fell safe and welcomed. Johnstone was superb and took care of us during the entire trip and ensured we saw the big 5 he was an excellent guide and driver this is my 5th safari in Africa and nothing compares to the way this trip was organized , planned and executed by Kennedy and his team.
