Never arrived at pick up point for a booked and paid for activity.
Very poor communication.
Please stay away.

Worst experience Zambezi cruise

I booked a zembezi cruise 2 days ago
Very bad experience they made wait at the office
Then they took us to pick up other client
We finally arrive at the cruise site we found a very old boat very dirty the service was peanut and water we didn’t see anything thank God for the sunset.
Worst experience ever ever not recommend to anyone.
