Knowledgeable, professional and personable!
We are repeat customers and have used Pierre and Margaret for all three of our trips to Africa - first time to South Africa, second to Botswana, Zimbabwe, and SA, third time to Tanzania and Kenya. We have been exceedingly happy with the itineraries they put together and the lodges where we have stayed. Transfers, internal flights and other arrangements have all gone smoothly. They are very responsive to questions and make every effort to ensure appropriate travel documentation and vaccinations are in place.
