The unique and outstanding quality and value of Thornbird tours is embodied in Grace the Manager. She ensures the clients details are well taken care of to the last minute. Was travelling with a group of friends and we felt much at home being managed by Thornbird. Would definitely recommend Thornbird Tours to my family, friends and anyone out there looking for a tour firm to manage their holiday. An amazing, unforgettable experience!
The trip was the first one I have ever taken on a train traveling from Nairobi to Mombasa. From tickets bookings to the hotel accommodation and trips around Mombasa there was good and on-time communication, superb coordination for a big group of over thirty persons and timely response especially if one needed something in the rooms or during the mini trips. Kids activities were also good and the children really enjoyed. I would recommend Thornbird Tours especially for people who like traveling in groups.

They do have good communication to their clients and offer excellent touring services ,their charges a very convenient and they much consider their clients for better services .
They were extremely helpful, available at all times, very quick to respond to avert crises faced
They have excellent communication systems and services. They more than lived up to our expectations. We have long flights and a number of connections but they were able to assist us even when we had to make abrupt changes. We had to change one flight from a one way to return at very short notice. They managed this without any hitch

The trip was well organized, everything in its place and venue well prebooked
