Wonderful experience from beginning of booking until end of trip!
My two adult daughters and I traveled on a custom itinerary in September 2018. After comparing prices and services of multiple safari companies in Uganda, we chose booking with Brian and GoExplore Safaris. We chose this company because of the range of services, the cost, and Brian's excellent communication. I told him what our needs and interests were and he made sure he included all that we were hoping for. GoSafari prices were comparable to other companies but what stood out with me the most was that Brian, owner and tour operator, communicated quickly, efficiently and welcoming before, during and after the trip. Although he was not our driver for the trip, he met us at the airport in the middle of the night with Moses, who would be our driver for the week, which was a nice touch. Brian also continued to check on us throughout the week, making sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Moses, our driver, was superior in all ways. He was knowledgeable, calm, a great driver, and always made sure we were taken care of, safe, and punctual for anything that we were scheduled for. We were in very good hands with Moses and Brian. Brian and Moses both get 5 plus star ratings for everything they did for us.
We traveled to Murchison Falls, QE National Park, Kibale NP, Bwindi Imp. Forest, did rhino trekking, chimp and gorilla trekking, took 2 boat trips, visited an orphanage, school and communities (something we requested) and much more and stayed in accommodations with beautiful views. It's unbelievable that we saw and experienced so much of Uganda in 9 days. It's amazing we were able to do it for the price as well.
I would recommend, without reservation, this company and it's employees. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and an enjoyable, learning experience.

The experience was like a road trip with friends rather than a tour- full of snacks, jokes & sights!
Traveling with GoExplore Safaris was the best choice I could have made. I was traveling alone to Uganda, and I was a little nervous when planning the trip. On top of planning a fantastic trip for the three days, I booked them for; they also ensured the transportation and the activities that I had scheduled for the other four days were safe and quality places. Furthermore, When planning the trip, he communicated over whats app and would respond in minutes to any of the million questions that I had.
Overall this trip exceeded my expectations. As a recent college grad I was on a limited budget, but with their help, I was able to go to botanical gardens, go to the swamp on Lake Victoria and see a shoebill, see gorillas, go on a village tour and go white water rafting. Even along the road as we drove there were terrific views overlooking the gorgeous country of Uganda. Lastly, the trip was like a road with old friends. We ate snacks, listened to fun music, and by the last day were cracking up at inside jokes. We might have started as businessmen and client, but by the end of the trip, we all left as friends. An Incredible and Breathtaking Experience
I went on a Safari as part of a group of 12 with Go Explore Safaris in early August 2018. It was an incredible experience and one I would not change in any way.
Our safari was based in the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park. We saw so many amazing animals such as Warhogs, Buffaloes, Chimpanzees, Water bucks, Uganda Kobs, Leopards, Hippos, Lions, Monkeys, Rhinos, Elephants and more. Go Explore Safaris did their absolute best to ensure we saw these animals while out exploring.
On day one we were handed an outstanding itenery which included so many activities, such as multiple game drives, chimpanzee trekking and a trip on a boat on a lake. It was all very well organized and so much was packed into our limited time there.
We stayed at Buffalo Safari Lodge which is located in Queen Elizabeth National Park. We were treated like royalty. The breakfast, lunch and suppers were delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The views were unbelievable. The staff were very friendly and willing to do anything for us. You really felt at one with the wildlife in the park.
Brian was our main tour guide and was the one who organized the entire trip for us. He was fantastic. He was very easy to get along with and extremely efficient in every aspect of the Safari. He could not have done more to ensure we had the very best experience of Queen Elizabeth National Park. I could not fault Brian in any way, he is what all Safari men should aspire to be.
I would recommend Go Explore Safaris to anyone interested in doing a Safari in Africa and I honestly don’t think anyone could be disappointed with their service.

Outstanding service from incredible staff
Brian and his staff succeeded in providing myself and a large group of friends with an unforgettable few days in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda. We were given a jam-packed itinerary that included a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel, chimpanzee trekking and several game drives throughout the national park.
The service was truly brilliant and our guides, Brian, Joseph and Charles couldn't have been more helpful. Before we even met Brian, we found him to be very accommodating while planning an itinerary for us that suited both our interests and our budget.
It made a big difference to our safari to have staff that were friendly, caring and could give us so much information. We were incredibly impressed with the time that we spent with GoExplore Safaris and we had a truly unforgettable experience

had a great safari in tanzania and kilimanjaro
we sent an request to go explore safaris and brian responded back to us as we wanted to visit tanzania so he gave us a 7 days proposal with 1 day kilimanajaro trek to mandara hut which was about 2780 metres high we visited tarangire national park, the lodges were so nice slept in sopa lodge and simba safari camp we had a very good holiday and we definatley shall come back to visit the gorillas next year.

We had the most wonderful experience on safari in Murchison falls National Park! Chris and Brian took excellent care of us and did everything possible to make sure that the safari was all that we wanted it to be. Chris was very kind, considerate and professional. He knows his way around the park very well. The wildlife was abundant and absolutely spectacular and we were able to see all the major wildlife up close and personal, including the lions!!!!! it was truly one of the most incredible and wonderful experiences of my lifetime. if i am fortunate enough to return to Uganda i will definitely use GoExplore Safaris for my next trip.

Fabulous
IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN GO EXPLORE.
Working with Brian to plan this safari was a breeze. He always replied to my emails in a timely manner and gave suggestions to work within our budget and timeline. Once in Uganda we did not have to worry about any details as he took great care of us. We stayed at Paraa Safari Lodge, and it was just gorgeous. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and the food was great. There was something for everyone (and this comes from a picky eater!) He also made sure we had the best guide for our game drive (his name was Dickson, and he was so much pleasurable!). Brian is a great communicator and he knows Uganda well. He is dependable and steadfast. This is very important when planning a safari from afar, as roads and travel in Uganda can be treacherous. You want someone who knows them well, and this company fits the bill. As for the safari itself - you won't ever have another experience like it. There just aren't any words! You will see so many animals and enjoy God's creation. I won't lie, it is expensive. My husband and I saved for a while to afford this trip. We are experience people rather than "things" people, but it was worth every penny! We can't wait to go back. Our Next trip with GoExplore will go to Kidepo sometime next year.

Awesome
The holiday obviously benefited locals, involved in tourism most. The community walks where we learnt more about local ways of life and saw life up close were simple and were of benefit to the local community. they were interesting and seemed to reinforce pride in local ways and tradition. The gorilla and Chimpanzee tracking helps preserve and conserve the groups of chimps and gorillas which are now protected in the natural rain forest environment. we thank you Goexplore Safaris for organizing for us this kind of responsible safari where we learnt so much on the trips and our guide Dickson was amazingly knowledgeable.. we recommend the service.. BRAVO!!!

Fantastic
I wanted to add an addendum to my previous review. Goexplore provided outstanding service. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and well balanced to give a real feel for African experience, adventure and western needs. By the way, we didn't not have a bad meal time the entire trip. the driver Dickson was knowledgeable, proficient and definitely knew his way around and was a good man. He threw me a bit when he claimed hippos and crocodiles were both reptiles but I am not sure he wasn't pulling my leg.
It is moments like that you bring home, little connections thank you Brian for the well organised safaris.
