Amazing mobile safari experience with a knowledgeable guide and friendly support staff.
We did a 6 night, 7 day safari, camping for 4 nights then 2 nights in the lodge at Kasane. Our safari guide (Sox) was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Not only did he answer our animal-related questions but he also discussed history and culture. He clearly loves his job and his country and his enthusiasm was infectious. When we found an animal that was rare, he was as excited to see it as we were!
The chef (Mido) was excellent and accommodated our need for a gluten free diet seamlessly. Every meal was something different and it was all cooked over a fire. We were very sad to say goodbye to her food for the last two days of the trip that we spent in a lodge. Additional staff, Kennedy and Gaety were friendly and helpful in camp. Somehow, they got the tents down and moved to the new camp ahead of our arrival seamlessly. They also provided hot water for showers! Luxury camping!
We saw many different animals, birds and plants. We exceeded our expectations regarding the different types of animals that we saw and definitely the quantity of animals. It was a trip of a lifetime!

Moonstroll Vantage Expeditions provided a remarkable and memorable experience for our group.
Our Moonstroll team (incl guide and camp staff) greatly exceeded our expectations. This was our first safari so we had many questions prior to booking. Communication was clear and timely while the Moonstroll team was happy to accommodate our requested dates for the safari excursion. Our mobile safari guide, Sox, was unbelievably knowledgeable about all animals (we saw at least 32 unique species), birds (too many to count), and plants that we encountered. The camp staff, incl Kennedy, ensured that our tent-camping experience was comfortable, safe, and without issue. The hot water for showers (en-suite) and hand washing was a special touch. The en-suite toilets eliminated any need to leave the tent during the night. Thank you to Sox, Kennedy and the other camp staff for a beautiful lifetime memory.

Metimetsi of Moonstroll provided and executed a wonderful plan.
Moonstroll gave us a flawless safari experience, from start to finish. They picked us up at the airport in Victoria Falls, arranged accommodations and a Falls tour with a knowledgeable guide. From Kasane we were taken on an exceptional camp safari that included a guide, cook. and two friendly camp helpers, Kennedy and Hi-T. Our guide, General, with at least fifteen years experience, was relentless in finding animals for us from sunrise to sunset every day. His knowledge of the animals and the roads and byways through Chobe, Savuti, and Okavango has to be unsurpassed. Kennedy, Hi-T, and our chef, Mitle, took care of our every need from great vegetarian fare to drawing hot showers in the evening. Listening, as lions, hyenas, and elephants walked near our camps in the night, was an unforgettable experience in itself. Sam, our guide and boat captain for an evening trip on the Chobe River, was exceptional. A mokoro ride, later in Okavango, with Rip, a young man who has been poling the delta since he was twelve years old, was also a highlight. We saw so much and recorded so many memorable photos! We truly had a safari experience beyond our expectations, and the Moonstroll crew was top-notch.

Amazing experience
We just came from our 7-day Chobe and Okavango Delta Explorer safari with Moonstroll. It was a spectacular experience. Our guide Dylos used all his experience and did a fantastic job, going above and beyond to show us some of the most beautiful animals and spots that Botswana has to offer. We loved the stay in the bus camps and to be able to hear (and sometimes see) the hienas, hippos, elephants and even lions and leopards at early morning and at dinner time. Rhotata, our chef, cooked some delicious food and her constant good mood and happiness was contagious. Mark and Chief also did a great job and made sure that e everything in the camp was run up and working.
Thank you!

The tour was very exciting, but the management was a bit chaotic
The booking process was relatively smooth and seamless. Mr. Monametsi responded to emails promptly and professionally, and the price was very reasonable. I quickly completed the reservation and payment for our family of ten. However, about two weeks before departure, I lost contact with Mr. Monametsi. My emails went unanswered. I later learned that Mr. Monametsi wasn't actually leading the tour group, but rather was managing and directing the group from his office. I couldn't figure out why he didn't respond to my crucial inquiries at this crucial time before our departure.
Our group set off with trepidation, fearing they wouldn't honor their prior agreement. Fortunately, a few hours before arriving in Zimbabwe, we received an email from Mr. Monametsi's friend, providing the details and phone number of our airport pickup. We met our pickup person at the Zimbabwean airport without incident, and we thought we could finally join our scheduled Zimbabwe and Botswana trip. However, he was only responsible for picking us up at the hotel and had no idea about our five-day tour. We spent the first and second days in confusion, making numerous phone calls and wasting considerable time trying to find someone. The next day, our driver dropped us off at the Botswana border and handed us over to a Botswanan driver. He, completely clueless about the itinerary, simply dropped us off at our pre-booked hotel and disappeared. We had to rely on the help of the hotel's owner, using her WhatsApp account, to contact Mr. Monametsi and confirm our safari arrangements. The communication was so poor that we missed several planned activities and wasted significant time. Fortunately, on the morning of the third day, the safari driver arrived at our hotel, and we were finally able to begin our subsequent itinerary.
Our trip had to be condensed and adjusted, with changes occurring daily. However, the team was very professional, especially Ben, our driver and guide, as well as the chef and logistics team. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Overall, the trip was truly fascinating. We saw lions, leopards, countless elephants, and various herbivores. The Okavango Delta was flooded this year, making many areas inaccessible and lacking in animal life. Savuti was particularly impressive with its abundance of lions. At the end of the trip, our driver, Ben, rescued a wounded elephant on the roadside, which was truly remarkable.
Apart from some confusion in communication and arrangements, this company is still worthy of praise. It is very cost-effective, has a lot of service staff, and the service quality is also very good. The food is especially good. Overall it is worth recommending!
