The trip was organized well, we are absolutely satisfied.
The service was good. Tour operator met us in the airport and provided all important information about the tour. The driver (Patrick) was doing his best to show us all animals, living in Kenia. The choice of hotels was good. All our wishes and requests were fulfilled. Thank you for amazing vacation!

Trustfull and recommendable agency
We booked a safari and unfortunately had to cancel it due to the current situation. So I cannot say anything about the tour, but the communication regarding advice and the cancellation process was unprecedentedly good.
Isaac always replied very quickly and friendly and refunded the full purchase price to us. We don't take that for granted. Therefore I can absolutely recommend this agency.
We hope to be able to catch up on our trip soon and would book here again at any time.

Awesome safari trip
Communication was very easy with Isaac. He answers promptly to every question you have before arriving in Kenya ( I had many). We were picked from Mombasa airport as we established. Our driver was the best - Mike - he took us to Tsavo East, Amboseli and Tsavo West in 4 unforgettable days. He spotted the animals before us, knew where to stop the car for us to take the perfect picture and told us many stories. Definitely trust him if he is your driver. Price was really good and the lodges were amazing, except Ngulia Lodge where you do indeed see a leopard taking his dinner offered by the lodge, but it has so many bugs inside the room.

After a very bad experience we had with Kenia Walking Survivors Ltd (KWSS) directed bij Mr. Otieno Lysaniash -remember the name of this conman -, we made with our group of five persons in last instance a 10-day private tour booking with Best Memory Safaris.
From hell to heaven !

best tour ever
1 - don't waste your time to search a better company
2 - these guys are local , much better than the big international companies
3 - best price ( I did a lot of research before the tour )
4 - we met a lot of people in the hotel , beach area ; who paid a lot more for the same tour (booked other company)
5 - the guide / driver (benjamin) was very professional , you can ask anything you want , he was an expert ; it happend we had a complete standstill for an half our and then 3 lions showed up , also saw the leopard very very close
6 -the communication with the company is amazing (isaac) , you can send him a message with whatsapp (tip, buy a local sim of safricom)

Astounding experience!
From the moment when we landed in Nairobi, we felt safe bacause we were under the care of Best Memory Safaris. They are group of people, that with full of commitment and fascination organized for us every step of our journey. Eric was our driver and guide. He was competent and amiable towards us. Together we saw: Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo East. We didn't felt passage of time, neither tiredness. At the end we arrived in Mombas, where we were relaxing at the resort by the Indian ocean. Isaac offered us additional excurisions and we took Mombasa tour, which we really enjoyed! Every place of stay were clean, well-maintained. Stuff was pleasant, kind and very helpfull. Food was very varied and always delicious. We strongly recommend Best Memory Safaris, because they deserve trust.

Unforgettable Memories with Best Memory Safaris
This is the first time for both of us to come to Kenya and to Africa.
Before we decided to Kenya, we did lots of research to see how other tourists decided their trips. Among lots of choices, we decide to choose Best Memory Safari Agency among huge qty of safari agency.
No matter in the price or the services, I think Best Memory Agency(BMA) is excellent. We contacted agency boss Issac about our consideration and requirements. He tried his best to arrange the most suitable journey according to our demand. He would reply us by WhatsApp very quickly if we asked him any question. He also gave us some tips before our trip, like what’s necessary to prepare and what we should pay attention to. This was so warm for us, especially for our first trip in Africa. Our driver Mr. Bedan is so professional in the safaris and lead us to see lots of animals and birds. The most important point which we are so moving was that he didn’t only lead us to the animal resident place but also he told us how to decide the animals and birds, which was impressive for us and we were so thankful for him to teach us a lot which was definitely so memorable.
The hotels and resorts during the trip could meet our any needs in the trip. The Staff wefe very nice and the food was fresh and delicious. We felt like in the dream because we can only imagined it and saw it in the movie not in real. But we did get the feeling like the scenery. My friend is a giraffe fan and the last day Issac also helped us to arrange the trip to Giraffe Centre in Nairobi which arranged the trip very colorful.
By the way we asked the extra service to pick us up from the airport to the hotel and drop us off from the hotel to the airport. Mr. Issac also helped us to do the arrangement. We don’t need to worry anything.
We won’t forget this trip in Kenya with Best Memory Safaris. We are sososo appreciated Issac and Bedan and Best Memory Safaris, and what they did for us. I strongly recommended this agency if you will go to Africa. Thank you again, Best Memory Safaris, Issac, Bedan, we will keep you in mind! ❤️

Incredible 12 days in a wild and beautiful country
The communication with Best Memory Safaris was very easy. Isaac replied promptly via WhatsApp and implemented all are wishes on the inquiry. He was able to set up a wonderful 12-days safari in 7 different national parks even though we requested it only one week prior to arrival and secured the booking only one day before departure! Besides, he did not ask for a deposit. In Kenia, we were picked up from the airport without any incidents and where introduced to Anthony, our experienced and German-speaking driver during the following 12 days. He made all our safari dreams come true - and more. He was always eager to give us the best experience, let us see incredible scenary and all kinds of animals we could not even think of before. He was flexible enough to incorporate our own plans and - above all - was very punctual! Everything about Best memory safaris was perfect. The communication from the beginning was really good and Issac the owner was very accurate and helpful.
