Best one
Our tour guide was James Gichina.
1. He is confident in his joɓ and very cooperayive in all ways. He is good in his job. He knows how to deal properly with the travellers. We were shown around everything as promised.
2. The stay at Camp was too good and sleep was so peaceful. Food also is excellent.
Thanks and would like to come again in future

Efficient communication with the agency, nice guide and tailored trips to any budgets.
Lenchada Safaris is a great tour operator, providing trips to the Mara at the last moment for any price, even during peak season.
The guide (Wycliffe) was really knowledgeable, the housing fitted our expectations, and the vehicle was clean and pleasant, and the tour fabulous.

Exceeded Expectations
Safari: This bucket list adventure was well worth the trip! Kenya was the place to do it and June was a lovely month. Even from our first 5 minutes into Maasai Mara, we saw a parade of elephants which was magical! Guides in the parks connect on walkie talkies and make sure they communicate on where animals are. They all support each other and were very friendly. We saw SO much wildlife - it was incredible! Having a nice camera is good, but nothing too extravagant is necessary. Phones work well for pics and videos, too!
Guide: Our guide, Richie, made the trip! He made us feel comfortable and prioritized us getting the best experience. He shared nice binoculars with us, taught us so much about Kenya, cultures and traditions, and the animals and plants. He was well-liked and regarded by other guides and helpful when cruisers got stuck in mud. We were so grateful for his knowledge, professionalism and friendship.
Vehicle: We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our cruiser was. Each night, Richie cleaned the outside and inside. There was so much space and it was perfect out on the game drives. We loved having a private tour to be able to spread out our things and move to different seats. On our long game drives, it honestly didn’t feel like we were in a vehicle for hours. It was fun to switch between standing and sitting.
Food: I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were fed very well and the meals provided were sufficient. We didn’t see a need for snacks since we were given large and delish meals (consisting of protein like chicken and/or beef, vegetable, rice or ugali, chapati, and usually fresh fruit for dessert. Places had beer, wine, coffee, juice, and more.
Accommodations: Staff at campsites were fabulous and friendly. We appreciated the high quality service at each location. Campsites were more like ‘glamping’ and it was nice to have a real toilet and shower connected to the tent. Hotels were very nice! Happy with the options and supposed with how nice the budget option was that we selected. We were worried about bugs, but they weren’t even an issue.
Overall, I would recommend this to people who are open to immersing themselves into and love learning about other cultures. Those interested in flora and fauna will enjoy all that you will see. If you want a more personal tour, go with a group and get a private tour. We appreciated the communication from
Alex and the company throughout the booking process. The price was perfect for what it was. Thank you!

Super Friendly and Knowledgeable Guide
Kush was a great tour guide who not only showed us the Maasai Mara, but more importantly explained the sanctity of the park and the necessity to preserve the natural environment. I appreciate him for his patience and friendliness.

Our tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Worthwhile value for the money; the tour operator was communicative and the tour guide Elias was simply a pro. You felt his hospitality, pride, and general warmth for showing us his beloved country’s pride - Maasai Mara.
