Hello Tanzania
5/5

These were truly two of the most beautiful and unforgettable days of our lives. Our safari in Mikumi National Park with Hello Tanzania and Mrs. Sylwia exceeded all of our expectations and will stay in our hearts forever.
Throughout the entire trip we were accompanied by a Maasai guide, Noah (warm greetings to you!), who not only shared stories about his culture, but also made us truly feel the spirit of Tanzania and see life from a completely different perspective. On the first day we visited a Maasai village, where we learned how to make fire using traditional methods, danced together, and discovered the everyday customs and lifestyle of the Maasai people. It was an incredibly authentic, emotional, and positive experience.
In the afternoon we went on a safari drive through Mikumi National Park. Seeing wild animals so close was absolutely breathtaking — giraffes, lions, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, wildebeests, and monkeys in their natural habitat. One of the most magical moments was when a family of elephants walked right next to our vehicle, and a baby elephant gently brushed me with its trunk. It was such an emotional and unforgettable moment. Every second in the park filled us with excitement and admiration for nature.
In the evening we enjoyed a campfire under the stars. The silence of the bush mixed with the sounds of wild animals and the overnight stay in lodges located inside the park created an unforgettable atmosphere. Listening to the sounds of African wildlife during the night was something truly magical.
The most extraordinary experience, however, was the early morning safari at sunrise. There was practically nobody else in the park, which allowed us to fully feel the true wildness and beauty of Africa. Near the hippo pool we were even able to get out of the vehicle and observe the animals from closer distance. After breakfast we continued our safari drive and once again had incredible luck — we saw lions from very close range. It was a moment that literally took our breath away.
Thank you to Hello Tanzania for the perfect organization, wonderful atmosphere, and an experience we will never forget. If anyone dreams of a real safari, authentic emotions, and an unforgettable adventure, we recommend this trip with all our hearts. These are memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. 🦁

We felt cheated, he accepted payments but did not carry out the safari.

Wild Hello Tanzania is not reliable from our experience. They defrauded and abandoned a group of 16 people on safari in Tanzania. The owner fled the hotel at dawn with all her money. She didn't pay for hotels, cars, or entrance fees to the Ngoro Ngoro and Serengeti Ndutu parks. Although they received full payment for the entire group, they didn't have the money to cover the fees. We had to pay for everything again—cars, hotel, game reserve entrance fees, meals. We had to organize everything ourselves.

They owe me nearly $20,000. They refuse to pay, cheat, and manipulate. I warn you against these people and their companies.
This case is from February 2026.

They have defrauded many people, and the police are investigating in Tanzania and Poland. They operate illegally under different names.
I'm not writing this anonymously; these are facts, not fabrications. I definitely don't recommend them. There are many other honest companies.

The statements published above are incomplete, one-sided and contain numerous false allegations regarding both the safari itself and the financial settlement.

The safari program was partially carried out. Both I and my local team continued organizing accommodation, vehicles, activities and logistics throughout the safari. The client and the group had organizational support during the entire trip. At the same time, I would like to clarify that my agreement and direct communication concerned only the person publishing these accusations, not the entire group, therefore I do not know what information was presented to the other participants.

The author of the post also omits important facts, including that some previously confirmed accommodations were cancelled due to significant delays in payments despite the payment schedule agreed in the contract. The first payment was made approximately 10 days late, while the second payment was delayed by over one month. As a result, some reservations had to be rebooked at significantly higher prices during the peak migration season in Tanzania.

It was also omitted that part of the outstanding amounts has already been settled and that the remaining financial settlement is currently being handled through formal channels.

This is a civil contractual dispute regarding the settlement of costs related to a partially completed safari program, not “fraud” within the meaning of criminal law. I remain in possession of documentation, the contract, payment records and correspondence confirming the course of cooperation and safari organization.

At the same time, I inform that legal steps have already been taken in connection with the ongoing harassment of myself, members of my family and friends, the publication of false information, damage to my reputation, and attempts to pressure and extort payment of a higher amount through reputational threats and intimidation.

I will not continue discussing this matter publicly. The case will be handled exclusively through formal and legal channels.

Amazing Safari Experience
5/5

I had an incredible experience booking my safari through SafariBookings. The platform made it very easy to compare different tour operators, itineraries, and prices all in one place. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without any confusion.

The communication with the tour operator was smooth and professional from the beginning. They answered all my questions quickly and helped me customize the trip according to my preferences. Everything was well-organized, from airport pickup to accommodation and daily game drives.

The safari itself was unforgettable. We saw a wide variety of wildlife, including the Big Five, and our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The lodges were comfortable, clean, and offered great food.

Before planning my trip, I was also checking some travel-related information online, and I came across https://tmschecktz.com/
which had useful insights that helped me prepare better, especially for Tanzania-related info.

What I appreciated the most was how stress-free the whole process was. SafariBookings really helped simplify the planning, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

Stuck in mainland Tanzania with kids
1/5

We booked a safari with Hello Tanzania in February 2026. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by several serious operational issues.

On the second day of the safari, park entry was delayed because the park fees had apparently not been paid. The company stated there was a problem with the park system, but both park staff and other guides at the gate indicated that this was not the case.
In addition, the return flights that were part of our package were never confirmed despite repeated requests before and during the trip. Because of this, we ultimately had to purchase new tickets ourselves in order to return home (approx. 1038 USD).

The company later acknowledged the situation in writing and promised reimbursement within three days. That deadline has now passed and no payment has been received.

The matter has been formally registered with the Zanzibar police (case reference MAZ/RB/576/2026).

I hope the company resolves this situation and honors their written commitment. I will update this review if the reimbursement is completed.

I don't even know where to start commenting. We booked a day safari with Sylwia. We paid everything a month in advance and they confirmed that everything was OK. The day before leaving on safari, having asked several times if anything was missing and they told us that everything was fine, they told us 12 hours before leaving on safari that they had made a mistake booking the plane tickets and that there were no spaces left on the plane. After much negotiation, they sent us to a worse park for the same price and the same day we had to return to Spain. They tell us that they will reserve a hotel for us so that we can take a shower before the flight, but when we arrive at the hotel it has not been paid for and we have to pay for it ourselves. I do not recommend it, they are very unprofessional and will leave you without the safari.

Dear Julia,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the change from Selous to Mikumi National Park, this decision was made after discussing possible alternatives with you. Mikumi is a beautiful park and offers a comparable wildlife experience during this season. Our goal was to ensure you could still enjoy a memorable safari despite the unexpected issue with the flight reservation.
As for the hotel arrangement before your return flight, this was an additional offer from our side to ensure your comfort during your journey. It was not something we were obliged to provide, but we wanted to go the extra mile for you. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the hotel did not accept remote payments, which is why we kindly asked you to cover the cost upon arrival. We then refunded the full amount to you, along with a small compensation for the change in schedule.
In addition, we arranged an extra transfer to the airport at no cost to ensure your return trip went as smoothly as possible.
We also want to clarify that the issue with the flight reservation was beyond our control. We had online confirmations showing that the booking was made correctly on our side. Unfortunately, airlines sometimes face operational challenges, and we did everything we could to find the best possible solution under these circumstances.

We have also seen comments on various forums suggesting that our service is a scam. This is simply not true. A scam would mean taking your money and disappearing without a trace. That is not what happened here. I stayed in contact with you, explained the situation, and did everything in my power to find a solution to ensure you had the best possible experience. It is unfortunate that unforeseen circumstances impacted your trip, but our actions were always guided by a genuine effort to help.

We understand that the situation caused disappointment, and we want to assure you that we acted in good faith to resolve it quickly and with your comfort in mind. Our goal is always to provide safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experiences for all our guests.

Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and rebuild your trust.

Warm regards,
Sylwia

Professional agency client oriented
5/5

It was not our first Safari, so we had a lot of expactations and many ideas how to spend 3 days. Thanks to Sylwia patience and recomendations we were able to set „tailor made” plan for 3 days including flight, accomodations and trip to 3 different National Parks. 100% of satisfaction and recomadation from 2+2 family - all happy and safely went back home with new impressions and hundrets of photos of wildlife in Africa. Will come back to find missing leopard to collect all from Big Five 😉
