Moreover, they can keep in touch with our itinerary arrangements at all times during the trip and solve any unexpected situations. It's great and the service is very thorough. Our guide Santos was also very professional. He was bold yet meticulous in dealing with complex road conditions. Even during the rainy season when the road conditions were not good, we didn't encounter any stuck cars. It was very reassuring to follow him.
