Mufasa enabled us have a trouble free holiday in the Tsavo. Kelvin Gichuki is too knowledgeable.
The rates were competitive, they were time conscious. Kelvin is too knowledgeable for anyone interested in birds and other animals in the park. We had a good time. I would definitely be using Mufasa some other time.

Great experience with a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide!
Before deciding on a tour company for our recent trip to Kenya - I did a lot of research and ultimately chose 3-4 companies to reach out to for quotes and itineraries. I chose Mufasa because of their attention to detail and responsiveness, and couldn’t be happier with my decision! My dad, brother, and myself enjoyed a 10-day safari through Mufasa with our tour guide, Joseph, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! They had excellent communication from the start and the trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Joseph was knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip and the Land Cruiser and accommodations were excellent. Unforgettable experience
My wife and I had an incredible experience with Mufasa Tours. Our tour operator, Joseph, was very helpful throughout the entire booking process. We stayed at the Zebra Plains Camp in Maasai Mara, which was fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating, and the food and the facility were top notch. We also loved our guide/driver Samuel. He took us everywhere to ensure we get the best view of the animals and went above and beyond to ensure we get the most out of our safari experience. We can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Mufasa Tours and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.

Highly passionate and extremely professional.
We came across Mufasa while researching tour operators in Kenya and decided to finalize with them after the prompt replies and reasonable price quoted. That was the best decision. Joseph (who i later discovered was the owner) organized the best few days for us and we had an unforgettable experience. They are always available to help even for things that are not even part of the itinerary (like getting the PCR tests as per current rules). If i ever return to Kenya, I’d go with Mufasa. Highly recommended.

They was always on time and regardless they have to wait for us all the time they always met us up with a big smile!
They was also very well organised and whatever we was asking about (and we was asking a lot) they had all the time good answers based on engagements in a very friendly manner!
They took us to stay in a very beautiful and luxury lodge/camp which we highly appreciated.
Since this was my and my partners first trip together, we will never forget!

Safety - Security
6 Day Safari. Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Maasai mara. The Safari was amazing! I saw all the wildlife I wanted to see. My tour guide, Kevin Gichuki is very knowledgable about all the animals/birds. Lions, elephants, gazelles, hippopotamus, monkeys, baboons, wildebeest, secretary birds... The list goes on and on. The landscape was awesome! Mount Kilimanjaro, The mountains at lake Nakuru, and the grasslands at Maasai mara were so beautiful. The Maasai mara village tribe, Danced for me and gave me a blessing for my safe travels, and return to Kenya. The Village Chief put his WhatsApp info in my phone so I can text him next time I come. Kevin made sure I was safe while we traveled. If I needed cash at the ATM, Kevin would only take me to safe/secure places. My safety was his priority. The temperature in October was perfect. It was cool in the morning and nice all day. I wore shorts the entire time and had a light coat. Make sure you have at least 20,000 shillings cash for fridge magnets, bracelets, and souvenirs at each location. ($200US)
