Great Safari !!
We are a company of 5 people, took a Safari tour for 3 nights in October 2020.
We liked everything very much!
Accommodation in various hotels according to the program is good, there is swimming pools.
The food is also good, there is always a supply of water.
The road is not good everywhere, so be prepared for an African massage ))
Our guide Tony is professional and a very nice person! He took care of us, listened to all our requests and even helped with ferry tickets to Zanzibar. He also recommended excursions in Zanzibar, and helped organize transfers to the hotel.
The manager of the company was in touch with them all the time, He solved all the issues of payment (there were problems due to sanctions).
I recommend the company!
You will enjoy the service!

Amazing!
Joachim was tireless, always very sweet and worried about us.
It's true that we had some bad luck with some flat tires, but we always felt safe and supported by Joachim.

Excellent
The tour was very well organised and we had an excellent tour guide. Communication from booking to the actual day was very good and they were very responsive. The tour was exactly as described, accommodation was lovely - rustic but lovely. The staff were very attentive and were proud to show their culture. In terms of the safari we were so fortunate and saw 1 male lion and 2 lionesses as well as elephants, zebra, buffalo etc.The list was endless we saw most animals and they were in abundance.
In terms of value for money compared to other tours this was excellent and we had a private tour as it was just me and my partner.
In terms of our host Salum Msese he was great from start to finish and was an amazing trouble shooter (we had a couple issues with the vehicle ) which he quickly rectified and he even managed to rescue another tour guides vehicle when they got stuck in the sand! Overall an amazing experience and I fully recommend.

Amazing <3
We went on a 5 day safari in Selous GR and Mikumi National Park.
The contact with Jacob (preparation and payment) was easy and uncomplicated.
We had a wonderful safari with Salum Msese as our driver/guide!
He could answer us to all questions regarding animals, culture and country.
He was always friendly and looking out for us. Safety was is priority (on road and safari).
We also met another guide of this tour (Joachim) which was also very helpful.
We would recommend the tours with this company (Smile With Us Tours) to anyone. Unforgettable Experience :)

Once in a lifetime!
We are just back from the best adventure in our lives and just can't wait to share it with all our friends! It was colorful, exciting and very fun! We saw many animals, met so many kind people, had so many different experiences... Toni was the best guide we could have - experienced, fun, with bright knowledge of the animals and the parks. The combination of the two parks was not an easy task because we were a lot on the road, but it gave us the opportunity to see the variety of Tanzanias nature. We highly recommend this tour with Tony!

Unforgettable and amazing experience
We did a 4 night/ 5 day safari at Mikumi and Nyerere National parks as well as Sanje waterfall hike. This was the perfect combination and variety of activities. Tony was our guide and he did an amazing job showing us around, made sure we saw all kinds of animals and got us as close as possible. Tony was very knowledgeable about the different species and always took him time to explain what we see. We felt very safe with Tony and he was always on time. Amazing!
We booked with Jacob and had Eddie as our host in the day of safari. Booking was straightforward and instructions were clear, all aspects of the trip were well organised. Eddie was an amazing host, very knowledgable and a great driver. He also dealt with our lost luggage and arranged for its return to us. We had the most amazing day and were so impressed with his skills- he spotted a sleeping hyena under bushes! Highly highly recommended!

Perfect experience
Not knowing what to expect with our safari we got the best. Excellent guide Eric who made us feel comfortable immediately. He's very interactive, knows everything about nature and is a lot of fun. Thanks Eric for being our guide during our 4 day safari.
Then you have to know Simba, our native guide during the bush-walk. A great story teller with all the knowhow on how to survive in the bush. We had a lot of fun with Simba and the Massaï.

Value for money
Jakobo smoothly arranged a day tour for us to visit Sadaani National Park from Dar es Salaam. It was a lovely safari vehicle, they also organised lunch and a boat ride as per our wishes. Our tour guide helped us to see as many animals as we could. It was a great day and we are thankful.
