A wonderfull trip organized bij Africab Travels
Four years ago I contacted African Travels for the first time. They organized a safari for me and my familie. That was amazing. For the people working with African Travels nothing was to mucht: trey helped with everything. So this year I contacted them again, and this trip was even better.
Even being in Africa and having some minor problems they solved them immediately.
The agencys the work with in Africa were also very good.
I'm sure that in the future (when my grandchilderen are old enough) I will contact them again for organizing a safari.
So, I recommand this agency with whole my heart.

Fully met our expectations
Our demands on budget and expectations were formulated at the Vakantiebeurs in Utrecht in 2017. The offer that resulted could be accepted very easily, well listened to our demands by Marijnke. This year we really did the trip through with Viva Safaris in the Kruger park. An excellent trip, well organised and so easy to be able to rely on professionals. Highly recommended!

They found a tour which perfectly fits my needs and were very helpfull in giving advice.
At a dutch holiday event they advised me, based on what I like to do and experience, an adventurous camping roundtrip in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. They did not say anything too much: what a beautiful holiday this was with very varied landscapes, (big) game and culture. The highlights were in my opinion the Victoria falls, Etosha, the Sossusvlei, the Okavango Delta and Chobe. The travel period (September / October) was great: nice and warm on the day and not too cold nights. The tour operated by Sunway safaris was very well arranged and taken care of, the guides very knowledgeable and helpful and their 'materials' good. The travel pace was quite high, but no problem because everything is arranged.
African travels also booked the flight and prè-tour accommodation which was great to relax and do some excursions on your own in Zambia before traveling in the group. They gave adequate information by checklists and on demand.

Really super!
After good information at the fair, African travels knew exactly what we wanted. She made a clear day to day travel plan, which fitted well with our budget. The experiences of the employees also made us decide to work with African Travels. Wow! We really have not bored one day. This super experience will always stay with us! Beautifull Logdges, local direct support, perfect preparation, cheaper more flexible than larger org
We switched from a larger travel agency to African Travel because of the flexibility and fast help. They where in the end a lot cheaper than the larger ones :-) .
They have local support if anything happens that helps a lot because they know all the local habits and do's and dont's. We switched dates with the bookings and added our wishes and resulted very quickly in a perfect offer that was very atractive priced.
We where with a family of 5 persons so always 2 to three rooms. The lodges where always great and the locations perfect.
We drove with a VW bus automate that is perfect for 5 suitcases and 5 persons.
The make use of an app on your phone that helps you for every step with driving directions and all the tips where to go or local touristic highlights.
I am so happy I booked with this agency. It was a life time experience of 29 beautiful days

Amazing prompt and always courteous service-highly recommended.
The communications were excellent-we were the only ones in our travel group who received updates (including hotel changes) prior to travelling. The service was fantastic from day one-no matter how many questions I asked, I always received a quick response. The tour did live up to expectations and in fact exceeded any expectations we had prior to travelling. We saw so many animals on this safari. There were a large number of tours in open tour buses with local guides and these were excellent. We also enjoyed the camping trip to the Okavango Delta and all its adventures.
Something that had nothing to do with African Travels were the tour guide and driver assigned to our trip and they were a disappointment. I think they are more suited to a younger travelling group (under 30).

Good organized
Good information, quick answers. The safari was like his name: Absolute (fantastic). Only negative Afrika was colder then we expectd.
Personal and knowledgeable tour operator
Fantastic tour operator that obviously has lots of personal experience with (tours in) Africa. Level of service is great, communication went smooth. Focusses on small scale travels and sustainability. Highly recommended!
