Exceeded our expectations

Bracius who is the tour consultant provided a very personalised and prompt service and can tailor an itinerary to meet your family requirements and budget.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day safari, including gorilla and chimp trekking. It ran very smoothly and Bracius suggested some great lodges, which he personally inspects on a regular basis to ensure high standards.
Sam our guide/driver was professional and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt comfortable and safe at all times.

Good and open Communication with Dependable Delivery.
Our trip was planned for 4 people and 7 days for 2020. Deposit had been made and then Covid happened. When we finally felt confident to try again, we were only two and all travel costs had increased. Yaneta worked with us to make our dream come true and have the most incredible experience. Yaneta was patient with all my questions and we did a 5 day excursion with Chimps and Gorillas. The week before we left we added a day tour of Kampala. We had a great guide, Nathan for our adventure, he was very open and knowledgeable on all aspects of the Country and stoked our enthusiasm with his abundant information of the animals, birds and flora. Nathan also was conscientious about our safety with animals and property.
Uganda has so much to see, I wish we had been able to stay longer. Fitting it all in within 5 days does mean covering a lot of area at a fast pace. We were a little stressed dealing directly with a Company in Uganda and not a local travel agent (we are Canadian, its a long way), but it was well worth it in the end. Glad we chose Yaneta.

Great experiences
My family and I had a fantastic safari experience in Uganda with Yaneta Safaris . Our guide William was exceptional with an uncanny ability to spot all kinds of exotic wildlife not easily discernible to the untrained eye. He was a truly knowledgeable and patient guide who adjusted our schedule to suite our needs and maximize our experience in Queen Elizabeth National Park And we had a chance to trek the gorillas which was so amazing experience full of fun to my family I had traveled with in the beatiful forest if Bwind impenetrable forest the murchision falls was a great one to and yes we did see the big 5 on our game drive in the parks.The whole trip was a truly memorable experience from start to finish and Yaneta Safaris made it possible through their professional delivery of this product with no surprises. An amazing bbnplace to Visit
We just got back from a safari in Uganda a family with 3 children aged 9,13 and 16 our guide was brilliant in all aspects we could have asked. To begin with,he was very knowledgable. He was nice,kind and knew how to approach all of us, and each of us, including kids. Thanks to him, and his experience, we had the chance to see not only the animals, but also some rare scenes such as hunting. All the administration went perfect, the car, the lodges and the food. Thank you Yaneta Safaris and the wonderful Team we hope to get back to Uganda and to you soon

Yaneta Safaris is a reliable tour operator in Africa & has good customer service.
I booked a 21-day Uganda Safari with Yaneta before Covid. Since everything stopped due to Covid lockdowns, my trip was moved to July 2021. Uganda was still on lockdown but tourism was open. Yaneta had all the Gorilla & Chimpanzee trekking permits ready. Two weeks prior to my departure, Uganda required a visa prior to departure instead of visa on arrival. I had to hurriedly apply for a visa from the Uganda Embassy. Yaneta closely followed my application. My visa was approved day before my departure.
I had a wonderful time. The driver/guide was very knowledgeable. This was a private safari. We started in the north & worked our way down to the south. One time our vehicle had a mechanical problem. A replacement came at night so the trip went smoothly.
Yaneta is very reliable & has good customer service. They made sure that I was happy & comfortable.
