Zambezi worked with us each step of the way to ensure that we had the most memorable and amazing trip through Botswana. Our guide, Francis was super kind, welcoming and informative. Zambezi staff went the extra mile to make our stay meet all of our expectations, and we are super appreciative. Francis even went out of his way to introduce us to different indigenous fruits during the long drive!
Incredible trip organized by an incredible team!
Oscar and his team at Zambezi organized a fantastic tour for us! We saw amazing wildlife, the accommodations were nicer than expected, and the food was great. Oscar is a phenomenal communicator - always available before and during the tour. He and his team were friendly and professional. We ended up wanting to adjust our itinerary to include more game drives, and Oscar and his team were able to do this midway through our trip for a reasonable price. Finally, we had a blast getting to know our driver, Francis. He is a wonderful guy!

Outstanding service and offerings were provided for multiple excursions and with flexibility.
Our tour operator had booked several excursions in advance from Zambezi Expeditions which we added to and altered during our stay in Victoria Falls. Every single driver, guide and, especially, Oscar coordinating it all, were wonderful. We felt like no question was unanswered and all programs were the highest quality . We are especially grateful for the last minute adjustment and addition of a Livingstone cultural day including Makuni Village in Zambia. To be honest, we wish we had worked directly with Zambezi Expedition Travel right from the beginning instead of our original operators.
We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for memorable moments and laughter and wonderful service.

Amazing trip - super well organized
Coming from Cape Town I was looking for a tour operator to see the Vic Falls, Chobe and Okavango. It was really well organized, the team is very nice and the communication was superb. I can 100% recommend booking them.

Amazing safari experience in Chobe National park
Me and my wife planned a safari tour in Botsuana for our honey moon and we found on the internet good reviews about Zambezi expeditions. For sure was the best decision we could make cause everything was so well organized. We booked for the 3 days tour to visit Chobe and stay in the national park.
Thanks to all the team, we felt really confortable with the planning and the activities.
