Shoes is fantastic
What an amazing expérience. Shoes was fantastic during our 2 days stay. He knows his stuff, he knows where to go, he is very considérate and understanding. Spécial mention to his cooking skills :)
It was overall à brillant expérience, bar the insects in the camp but thats outside of everyones power.
I plan to come back again soon.

Khalanga Safaris is definitely a 10/10 in our books, so much so that I was already planning the next trip with my partner prior to the tour finishing. Our guide Shoes was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to teach us about all types of wildlife and their habitats. The trip was very affordable and planned incredibly well where we were able to venture for bushwalks, check out different camps and stay in different bungalows and even have bush braais/BBQ’s and meals at Krugers restaurants, all while getting up close and personal to the worlds most beautiful animals roaming free and happy.
It was nice to have some traditional home cooked meals made by Shoes and also a big thanks to his wife Johanna as well for going through the effort to bake us some delicious FRESH hot German bread and soft lemon cookies for our game drives which were an absolute treat! On a personal note I had accidentally left my headphones behind after the trip and Johanna was incredibly helpful in finding them and posting them to me. Thanks again and looking forward to our next 6 day tour

Amazing safari
Can only recommend Khalanga Safaris. Our 5 trip with Shoes as field guide was fantastic. Shoes has a great knowledge of wildlife, birds, landscape and fauna. Driving with Khalanga Safaris is never boring. Shoes is friendly, really funny and has a great knowledge. We really like watching birds, Shoes know a lot about birds, and did a lot to show us new species and different experiences.
Our 6 trip with Khalanga Safaris must include overnight stays in the park.

Incredible and interesting experience
The tour with Shoes was the best experience in our vacation. He is really knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. We learned a lot and could explore the Kruger-Nationalpark in our own pace. He did the extra miles and tried everything to give us a wonderful and stunning experience. The all in all price performance is perfect. He has an answer for every question and is communicative.
The two days where awesome and we can definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I started my adventure in Johannesburg where I explored the city and its surroundings in a safe way. Then a visit to the Kruger Park, organization at a high level. Shoes has a great knowledge of animals and people. I am happy with every minute spent in his company, I know that we took every opportunity to see what South Africa has to offer. Better service in the Kruger Park and along the Panorama Route is not possible!
During the preparations, we defined each point of the program in detail. Then the program was carried out exactly as we had agreed earlier. Shoes is a great organizer, a great guide and a very good driver. He has a great knowledge of Africa and animals. He is also a very good cook. All his meals were very tasty! He organized also an ethnographic tour for us to the place where he was born. Shoes is a well-mannered and polite person and it's hard to imagine a better guide on a Kruger Park safari... A truly wonderful experience for our family! We have recently returned from a very special trip to Kruger where Shoes was our guide for 4 days! We wanted to see as much as possible of the park and he tailor made our trip to ensure this happened. Shoes has a true passion for the park given that he was born there and his knowledge and enthusiasm was outstanding and made it a very special experience for both us and our children! We really hope to be back one day and will definitely be getting in touch with Shoes! Shoes' colleague Emmanuel was also a very warm and engaging person and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Panorama route with him!

It was perfect!
I was on a 4 days game drive with Khalanga Safaris in Kruger National Park. Khalanga Safaris took me to this place even if I was the only tourist. Coming from Germany after the boarders recently opened there were not that much tourists. I had the chance to do the trip alone. Shoes is a perfect guide knowing a lot about the wildlife and the countryside. He could find hidden animals and took care that I can take a lot of pictures. Especially at some very busy places (lions and leopards). It was my first trip with Khalanga Safaris but certainly not my last.
