Excellent 4 days and fantastic customer service
Our itinerary was planned around what my Mum and I wanted so it was personal to our needs. They sent the itinerary and quote over email and WhatsApp so I could ask further specific questions efficiently. Overall, we expected it to be an expensive holiday but we don’t regret paying what we did because the hotel (Lyok Mara Luxury Camp) was amazing. Our personal driver was so kind, provided excellent knowledge about the animals and took good care of my Mum’s mobility needs. We saw hippos, elephants, giraffes, lions, hyenas, buffalos, crocodiles, various species of birds and the beautiful scenery of the Masai Mara. We also did the hot air balloon Safari which ended with a champagne breakfast plus visited the maasai people village. I highly recommend anyone using Bateleur Eagle Safari.

Magical safari experience!
This was one of the most amazing experiences. Our tour guide Jacques was very knowledgeable about the animals and Amboselli park. We loved the safari and saw many animals! Couldn’t recommend this company more!

Always there to reply to our endless questions to ensure we had everything ready and sorted.
We recently came back from Loyk Mara Camp and loved it!! Newton at Bateleur replied to all our messages to ensure everything we wanted was included in our trip and made our wishes come true. The car was amazing and allowed us to have the best views of the animals. Our tour guide Amos was the BEST and gave us so much information on the animals across our 4 days - we learned so much and he had the most amazing knowledge of the Masai Mara. He managed to get the best stops and all the animals we didn’t think we’d get the chance to see. The camp was also amazing. Clean, comfortable, friendly and the food was incredible. Amazing and super efficient !
From A to Z it has been an amazing trip and great experience to organize our travel in Kenya with Bateleur Eagle Safaris. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish!
We had the best experience on our honeymoon with Bateleur , especially our driver Victor who ensured we didn’t miss a thing during our trip! I cannot speak highly enough of the trip and we saw everything we could have dreamed of and more. We were made to feel relaxed, safe and completely catered for throughout. Couldn’t fault a thing! Amazing! Our guide was Peter. He made sure our trip was the trip of a life time!
I can’t say enough about the Safari. Seeing the animals in their natural habitat was incredible. Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable, funny and made us feel safe everywhere we went. The staff was wonderful. They spoiled us with great food and accommodations. Our beds had these warm hot water bottles in them every night! If we needed to leave our tent there was always someone there with a flashlight to lead the way. I would recommend Bateleur Eagle Safaris to anyone going. I plan on going back with my grandkids someday!

Well organized
Mathew was awesome and he was very responsive anytime during the planning and also during our trip. It was very easy to work with him in planning the entire 12 day trip in 2 countries. Good thing is he is able to plan our trip in both Kenya and Tanzania. He met us in Nairobi when we landed there as part of our trip. Good to know that you are in good hands during the trip. Only suggestion is to share the air strip names early so that we know how far is that. I didn't know to ask that detail.
In Tanzania our guide was Razzaq. He was very nice and friendly. He was able to show us animals we want to see and he took us to see the Crossing in time. He was following rules very well and giving enough space for animals and not disturbing them. I would highly recommend Razzaq to any one traveling to Tanzania. Very knowledgeable about animals and birds.
Our guide in Kenya was Timothy. Wonderful guide. Even though he was little mellow, he was able to take us to see whatever animals he want to show us. He took us to see Cheetah in one trip and Leopards in another trip.
Definitely recommend Mathew and his team for your trip to Kenya and Tanzania.

Really customer oriented tour operator aiming to make our trip an amazing experience
They really care about making the trip a great experience. Everything was perfectly arranged, nothing for us to worry about, from the pick up at the airport, the high quality hotels and an amazing guide who stayed with us during the 8 days taking us to the best spots during the safaris and with a huge knowledge about the wild nature and the country in general. Really worth it!
