My friend and I had a good 6-day Kenya safari trip. First of all, Victor would give clear replies to all the questions I raised in the early stage, which was very helpful for me to understand all aspects of the trip and also the reason why I chose kaylan. When we flew from the UK to Nairobi, we didn't get our luggage due to the flight delay, so we were very grateful to Jackline for helping us contact the airline and finally get our luggage.Jackline is a responsible and lovely staff ~ And our safari guide alex is very responsible and knowledgeable. He is also a good driver.The Safari trip was worth it and we were happy to choose kaylan.

Thank you to Kaylan for this excellent vacation - we were taken in charge from airport till airport. Stephen was wonderful guide who allowed us seeing all animals and other beauties' of African nature, he explained us a lot about culture and allowed us to visit everything in good rythme that enjoyed also my young son.
