Me and my friend came on a once in a lifetime experience safari in Tanzania and wow did this go beyond our expectations! This was because Mtinangi made it that way. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and made sure all our requests were met! We spent 5 days with Mtinangi exploring the Tarangire national park, Serengeti and central Serengeti and Ngorongoro national park and crater! In our group, there were sets of three by two and an individual, Mtinangi asked us all what we wanted to see the most and when we were going around the game drives because of his knowledge and determinations we all managed to see the animals we wanted to, personally for me and my friend we wanted to see the leopard and cheetah and he managed to locate them and also find a good spot so we could take those memorable pictures! Along the way on the journey in the car there was a lot of laughter and information shared about the animals in the safari! Mtinangi was incredibly accommodating and definitely made this trip extra special for us! For sure we’d love to come back and have Mtinangi show us around again and sing the rain song for the migration of the wildebeests!

Mtinangi is an incredibly professional and passionate safari guide. Thanks to his sharp eyes and deep knowledge of the land, we were able to see all of the Big Five — including four elusive black rhinos! I can only say he has the eyes of an eagle. He truly is the king of the savannah.
His dedication went above and beyond — often staying out late just so we could see more wildlife, never rushing the experience, and always putting our adventure first. His love for the animals and the land is evident in everything he does.
He also kept us thoroughly entertained with fascinating stories from the bush — his humor and warmth made the trip even more special.

Mtinangi was very high skilled driver with much care about members to join and is a teacher to us.
Mtinangi responded to members’ requests during safari all the time within limited time. Rhino, leopard, serval and other so many, we eventually saw them all. He knew everything about the Serengeti/Ngorogoro national park. We saw some other drivers got in lost but he never did so. Sounds like normal not to be in lost but not true. Mtinangi is very skilled driver and I’ll ask him for next time again, definitely.

Overall Travel Africa was amazing! They helped to get one of our members to us after flight troubles and continued to communicate with us throughout the whole process. Our guide, Kisamo, was very knowledgeable and answered our many, many questions we had. He made sure each day to ask what we wanted to see and he made sure we saw it. We were very lucky to have him as our guide! The camping was great, the cooks made delicious food everyday. One thing we didn’t think about was bringing snacks since this was not provided and we wished we had some during the longer game drives.

Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable in the best way
This was the most wonderful time of our lives and it happened in 3 days. I will start this review by praising Philomena, who was very helpful in organizing our Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater adventure for our honeymoon. The communication was excellent, she helped us with all the information we needed and took care of the itinerary, the accommodations and made sure to cover all our requests. The accommodation she chose for us was way beyond our expectations and we had an amazing time in the camp. Then I want to express all the gratitude for having Aaron as our guide. He is a very passionate, experienced guide, a very good driver and a wonderful person. During our 3-day Safari, he showed us the most amazing animals: lions, lionesses, cheetah, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, hippos, wildebeest, buffalos, serval cat, gazelles, antilopes, impalas, leopards in the tree, all kinds of birds, warthogs, mangooses, dikdiks and more. We even got to witness some hunts of a lioness and a leopard (unsuccessful, but we had an amazing time watching how patient wild cats are). We expected to see 3-4 animals and our expectations have been “overly” exceeded. The car was in good condition, clean and drinks provided. Aaron told us interesting facts about the animals we encountered and we had cultural exchanges. We loved every minute of this experience and we recommend Travel Africa Safari Agency with all our heart. I don’t know enough words to say what these 3 days felts like thanks to these amazing people. I'd like to start by saying that I am extremely satisfied with the African safari tour company we chose, especially with how our safari plan was arranged and presented to us before the holiday even began. I am very happy with our tour in terms of both price and performance. Furthermore, after arriving in Africa, the welcoming and accommodation ...we experienced no issues whatsoever with the welcoming and accommodation. The meals were quite good and standard, and beyond that, we were provided with and assisted with everything we requested. Most importantly ...and most importantly, I want to say that they are a tour company that immediately came to our aid whenever we had other problems.
Helpful & Efficient
After reaching out to a few companies for quotes I ended up booking with this company. The reason I booked with them is because of how the interaction was with them from the start. They have excellent customer service. They made me feel welcomed to ask any questions, they were extrememly efficient and fast responding and they were super friendly! Most other companies made me feel like a number in a 'quotation line up' sort of thing.
So, I ended up booking a 4 day and 3 night budget safari in the Serengeti with them. Some weeks after booking I shared with them that my goal was to see the great migration. They went so above and beyond that they automatically switched me to a better tour that actually visits the north where the migration happens. THIS IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. And I am so happy to say I was lucky enough to witness the migration, and it was complete magic.
Our safari guide Nastory was also great. He was professional and friendly and timely. As well as the staff at all the overnight camps. They were unbelievably friendly and welcoming and someone was always around who spoke English. And lastly, the food! It absolutely exceeded my expectations throughout!

Small side note:
I will say the safari in the Serengeti itself kicked me in the butt a bit in terms of energy. Its full on days, significantly bumpy driving and large amounts of dust you're inhaling. Absolutely worth it -but I would have tried to prepare better for this. And now I know that, for me personally, 3-4 day safaris are the right amount of days for me at one go.
