Awesome Adventure
Pick up from the airport to the Lodge was good as all timing was correct
Adventure Lodge is fine on the whole and all the staff were kind and really helpful and worked hard.
Our disappointment was that on the first day after having a shower we noticed the water in the shower did not drain well and so we were standing in dirty water.
Day 1 of the full day safari was good but we were disappointed with the safari on the 2nd day as we went along the same route as Day 1 with a slight variation to the route. We were expecting a new route altogether in the hope we would see more animals.
On the 2nd day of our stay after our return from the full day safari we decided to have a warm shower and the water was cold. The technician was called out but he tried for an hour and a half to get the boiler working and it would not work. We were then told we would have to move from that lodge to another lodge. By then it was nearly 7.00 pm. We had to re-pack all our items and moved to another lodge which was smaller and had to re-arrange our suitcases and clothes etc.
The next morning before setting off on our Panaromic View outing we were advised that a senior technician would check the boiler and this will be working by the time we return from our day trip. We were also advised that there was an issue with the boiler prior to our arrival at the lodge and this should have been rectified before any guests moved into the lodge.
We would also point out the lighting leading to the lodges is not bright enough and we had to use our torches to ensure we do not step on any unusual or trip on our way to the lodge.
The breakfast provided whilst on the safari and at the lodge was really good and the dining area staff did their best to ensure we had everything we needed.
For the amount we paid per person it was disappointing to have the issues we encountered at our lodge

Great experience, a lot of to see - animals as well as countryside
There was everything as promised - accomodation, food, helpful personal and a lot of animals in the Kruger park. We could see different level of services from different agencies - it was quite cold in the morning and we were the only turist, that received blankets from the agency, we had only small safari car with the driver - not a small safari truck like some others. The food and wine in the lodge was very delicious.
We can really recomend a stay with Kruger adventure lodge.

Very responsive and all went smoothly as per the plan
Our safari to the Kruger parc organized by Mzansi went well and we are very happy for the package we've got.
The transfers from/to O.R Tembo airport in JBN went very smoothly and we felt in security with both drivers.
The lodge was cool and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only improvement suggestion we could make it's about the variation the food menu (per example the soup of the day, this is however a small point). We were VERY pleased with our safari rides / safari drivers who have made our visits to the Kruger moments the whole family will never forget.
Last but not least, Katelynn the booking agent from Mzansi was very responsive and answered all our questions.
All in all we felt it was a good value for money and we would re-book this this agency without hesitation.

Amazing experience
My best friend and I went on the 3 day safari and I cannot recommend it enough. It's the perfect introduction to the park and safaris in general for those (like us) who would not have the faintest idea of what to do and where to go. I strongly recommend it, especially if it's your first experience

It was amazing
We had a problem with the flight and only arrived the day after it was scheduled.
They immediately managed to change our safari so that we could do a similar programme to the original one.
The accommodation was incredible.
We appreciate their attention and the fact that the Okavango Delta tour was adapted to take place by helicopter.
It was an incredible experience!

Fantastic tour with good accommodation and great tour guide
From the moment we were picked up at Johannesburg everything went smoothly, the transport was on time, the lodge was fantastic and all the staff were so helpful and friendly and the safari tours were great, our safari guide was knowledgeable and we saw everything apart from leopard and cheetah.
Would recommend this tour with Mzansi and Zelda was at the end of emails, she answered promptly, sorted all changes we asked for and made the trip memorable.

Basic but good value
The tour was good but not being based in Kruger makess for a long day. Other tours based within the park are able to have a decent break during the day. The Lodge was older and basic yet it did provide value for money.If you are on tight budget this tour is ideal. Staff were friendly helpful and looked after us well.

Professional, great value for money and capture the spirit of SA.
We booked the Safari 4-day package from Switzerland and the process was easy and secure. We were picked up from the airport at the indicated time as well as the schedule we received upon arrival at the Lodge. We were only there for 4 days, but with it we had 2 days of safaris plus a day visiting the panorama route. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were amazing! We were dropped off at the airport at the end of our trip and the driver even offered to drop everyone off at their hotel for ease of comfort. Recommend to anyone!

A great place to stay and base your tour of Kruger NP and the Panorama Route
We had a wonderful time. The rooms were very nice and the food was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our tour guides were very good especially Alec who showed us books about the animals and birds we saw. I would recommend Kruger Adventure Lodge to anyone going to Kruger NP.
