Giving us so many nice experiences of wildlife, including bilds, in Tanzania and very serviceminded
Perfect communication before and during the Safari. Very good driver on all kind of roads. The driver listened very well for our wishes and made a lot of them be fulfilled. He was very good in finding wildlife to Watch and seemed to know all roads in the four nationalparcs we visited. All practical questions/things were solved in a good way. We had a good time throughout the whole trip.

Helpful, professional and brilliant
Mtango gave us a memory for life! The safari was well planned and executed. We visited four national parks in southern Tanzania; Selous/Nyerere, Mikumi, Ruaha and Udzungwa mountains, in 14 days.
Our driver guide Thomas was an excellent driver, and was gentle and kind. He was also excellent at finding animals and birds in the terrain and was skilled at telling us about nature and culture in Tanzania.
We have experienced so many beautiful things and we are very pleased with our safari! We are happy to recommend Mtango safaris and tours!

Gold medal to Mtango from an experienced safaritraveller
The guide/driver was very experienced and handled everything calmly and safely. He listened carefully to our wishes and solved everything in the best way, with great calm. On the safari trips, he discovered a lot of exciting things and had lot of knowledge about animals and nature. Easy to communicate with and a warm humor. As a driver, he never took any risks. The car was well cleaned and always filled up before we set off. Mtango stepped up for us, and even though they had extra expenses, there was no discussion about extra costs for us. We are very happy with how they acted. Everything worked well practically, schedules were kept, no extra costs. Mtango trusted us and we trusted Mtango. Very good collaboration. We had planned the trip together with Mtango, our ideas and their experience. We got a varied trip and got to experience many amazing things. Top safari, I have traveled in East Africa for almost twenty years, and this is the best safari I have experienced.

Mtango Safaris and Tours delivered an outstanding safari of Nyerere National Park in 2025.
We booked the Mtango Safari and Tours' 5-Day Safari to Nyerere National Park for October 2025, The safari was excellent. Thomas, our guide/driver did an outstanding job spotting wildlife and getting us into position for great photos. He was extremely skilled in spotting and identifying the animals and plants we encountered. Thomas interacted with other guides to gain and otherwise transfer information on wildlife movements. He was well skilled in driving the safari vehicle and getting it into position for great pics. The vehicle was well maintained clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Mtango Safari and Tours for your safari adventures.

Thank you Mtango Safaris. We did an 8 day northern safari and it was just mind blowing. Everything was tailor made for us.
It all started with discussing our requirements with Tuzo Matias (ie. Hotels, costs etc) and there we were January 28th to start our adventure.
The drivers Thomas and Frank were brilliant. They certainly know how to handle the Toyota 4 x 4 safari vehicles. Where and when to go.

Very good customer care
I used Mtango Safaris Tours to Ngorongoro National Park on February this year, i realy enjoyed to have with me an excellent Tourguide named Frank, he explained to me really in details about Animals i had seen on that day. He also gave me enough time to take pictures around Ngorongoro Crater.
This was my second time to use Mtango Safaris Tours and will not be the last one because they offered good services always and reasonable price if you compare with others.
I told them that next trip they should drive me to Serengeti National Park ( That is my next trip will be again with Mtango Safaris).
Likewise, on my way to Zanzibar, i stop in Dar es salaam for one day, there i met the Manager of Mtango Safaris Tour named Agripa (very friendly guy) and he invited me to get Lunch in Kipepeo Beach. while i was in Dar i also used Agripas Car and i don't have to pay anything. This customer care i got from Mtango Safaris Tours i will really not forget.

Saved and good organised.
A good and save Driver "Frank" , I feel good and save the hole time during his drive especially in the Ngorongorocrater. The hole sorounding situation was good for me. My personal highlight was the crater.

Delivered more than what I expected.
First contact was a few months back through the Internet with Mr Tuzzo Mathias. We arranged to meet on my arrival in Dar es Salaam, he also recommended a nice hotel for my short stay in the city.
My two day Safari to Mikumi went very smoothly. Our driver and guide Thomas was excellent. The place just st kept delivering. I was amazed by the quantity of wildlife we came across.
