Ben was a prompt, thoughtful and knowledgeable guide who how to find close views of the animals.
We could not have asked for better service—I would say it exceeded our expectations, all at a price much more affordable than other options we explored.
Happy Moments met all of our requests from tour location—Mwanza, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Moshi—to food, to accommodations—all within our short time frame of four days. We saw the Big Five, many of them 50 meters or closer, and much, much more. Ben, our guide, seemed to enjoy the safari as much as we did, which made us feel relaxed. Benson, the owner, was flexible from beginning to end and more than once patiently helped us work through last minute changes. I can’t say enough good things about Happy Moments.

Amazing Experience.
So I did a safari with Happy Moments this past September and can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The guides were incredible. They were not only friendly and accommodating, they were so knowledgeable and experienced. It was everything I could wish for and more. I highly recommend these guys. I saw so many of the large animals and was able to get up close and personal with them. From he moment I booked until they dropped me off for my flight home (such a sad moment), I felt like I was in expert hands. Their communication is impeccable and I have even remained in communication with one of my guides to this day. They are just great people who went out of their way to make sure the experience was first class. I will probably do this again in the near future and I have already recommended them to my friends back home. I miss you guys! Thanks for everything Happy Moments.

Excellent operator that organised the best he could for us. Middle range tour.
Communications were always fast and on point. The service was excellent, especially Innocent, the driver, that did an amazing job to get us beautiful safari pictures and moments. The lodge was not what we booked and communication of change arrived when we already paid the advance payment, we stayed in two different camps, maybe due to the late booking. The money value of the tour was there thanks to the driver skills. The tour was full of drives and wild interesting encounters.
Selous and Mikumi Safari
We decided to go for Selous and Mikumi parks in order to avoid crowed ones in the North: it definitely worth it!
Hassan, our guide for the five day trip, knew the park by heart and did not hesitate to take alternative roads so we wouldn’t meet any other cars and could have a chance to see rare animals (we were the only one who got to see a leopard)
The only negative point is the long driving hours if you decide to do all the commutes by car like we did.
Overall we will strongly recommend Benson’s Happy Moments Tour

very good trip. I would recommend it for friends
It was a very good experience. We had a wonderful time at the park. Our guide was Fanuel, he was a very good guy. He gave us many information as we on our way to the park. Also, he helped us with anything we asked or we wanted. The car was good for two people. He showed us all the animals we supposed to see.
